This is my favorite brewery. The selection is amazing. Dammit is my new favourite go-to. However the selection of 2.5% IPA 's is wonderful. We live too far for a visit until the good weather comes, but we are really looking forward to it.
James was an amazing host, explaining the different beers on tap, chatting about everything and curating a great vibe for us as we kicked off a northern weekend! On the beer front, the lactose sour was super enjoyable.
Another Ontario brewery off my my bucket list. They have their regular selection (of course) in addition to their sessions. It is cottage country so the brewery fits in with the local vibe nicely.
