I had to wait about 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. The cook came out of the bathroom drying his hands on his pants. Several times will preparing our pizza he wipped his hands on his pants. No hair net and no gloves. How did they pass their Ontario inspection.

Worst customer service in Canada . Pizza was thin and asked for extra pep and apparently a layer of pep is extra pep. Brought it back and opened it up to show them and they said sir that’s extra pep . Won’t go back . Junk !

For me it was a solid pizza! We chose the vegetarian & it was packed with fresh tasty vegetables. Hold the and add hot ?️. Cinnabon buns they came home too & let me tell you…..Delicious!Excellent Service.Thank You

Gluten free crust was not cooked. It’s really upsetting when the rest of your family sits down to eat but you have to put your freshly ordered pizza in the oven to finish cooking the raw crust.

They have great pizza and subs. Their made to order subs are awesome but today I was in a rush and grabbed a pre-made “Club Wrap”. I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as their made to order subs because I couldn’t pick and choose the toppings. I was wrong. The lettuce and tomatoes and veggies were fresher than I could get at the grocery store. The crispy bacon complimented the sliced turkey perfectly. I ate it 3 hours after pickup for my lunch at work and it was amazing! The low price was a surprise! I can’t make a homemade sandwich for this price. I didn’t have a chance to take a picture. I ate it up before I thought about a picture.
The pizza we got was burnt, but we still ate it as we were starving. 2 out of the 4 subs we ordered were wrong (we asked for was 2 ham and cucumber subs only for the picky kids but ended up with full subs with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sauces (and no cucumber). The two subs that were correct were apparently delicious.

Pizza quality has become very inconsistent. Last time was near perfect. Time before that crust was nearly raw. Today crust is so thick in some places might as well be Texas toast and in others so thin as to be practically non existent. Cheese and other toppings stop inches from the edge although this could be because of in consistent dough. In addition extra cheese ordered was not on pizza but since wasn't charged didn't complain but it would be nice if when they noticed it to make the bill right they had of mentioned it was forgotten
