Been here in the past with no issues but the last time I came the worker handed over my cone with his bare hands, no napkin, no gloves, nothing. I’ve never experienced this at an ice cream shop before. “Just washed my hands” is not a good enough sanitary measure. Safe to say that I didn’t eat the cone. The management needs to do a better job teaching their employees about proper food handling.

Beware of credit card fee, they don't mention this and tell you to tap your card. 1.50$ fee on a small ice cream. Cashier should be telling you this first rather then tell you the fee of ice cream then add it on top without saying anything. Ice cream is okay no different then a store bought tub, some are very freezer burnt. Nothing in town to compare.

This is now my second time getting a medium soft serve cone from here. Not only is it $8 for one cone (regular size with flavor added), but the ice cream is grainy. It also leaves a coating in your mouth that I could actually wipe out with my finger! It's horrible and not worth the money.

No prices on the ice cream anywhere. Large ice cream on a waffle cone came up to $10.04. The cashier said it was $9.04, but when I checked my credit card notification, I was charged $10.04. Ice cream was good (I think they were kawartha), but they should have some sort of display on the prices, not even the cashier machine had any display(was just a small square for a tap)
