The stuff are so rude just went to order a coffee at the drive thru and as I was speaking she cut me off and said thank you come to the window. I wasn’t done ordering so I went to drive thru and said I wasn’t done ordering I like to order a tea and the guy in the drive thru was so rude and mad that he had to enter for a tea. I told him what’s the problem the girl didn’t let me finish my ordering and he said very rude and mad we are on a timer. I said okay but I wasn’t done ordering and also there is no one in the drive thru it was empty.

I ordered coffee through the mobile app and picked it up 10 minutes later, and there were two employees. One was receiving a drive order and the other was doing something else, but the coffee I ordered was not ready. After waiting another 10 minutes for I stood there and waited, and they didn't even say sorry to me. Moreover, there were no customers in the store and they were in a leisurely state. In the end, I received a cup of coffee in almost 30 minutes.

So I went in to use the washroom while on a car trip, I didn't order anything, I just used the washroom and it was a 10/10 for cleanliness. One of the cleanest Tim Hortons bathrooms I've ever had the pleasure of encountering in my nearly 30 years of life. I would recommend this bathroom to any traveller who longs for a porcelain away from home.
