Tried the Crave Poutine yesterday. I thought it was very good and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I will try it again when back to Belle River,

We were on a road trip to buy a boat and came apon this gem. My wife and I stopped in and she had a Mexican poutine and I grabbed a burger. Food was amazing and the owner was there to make great conversation. We hope they can start a restaurant in London soon ?!?
Thanks we will see you again next weekend.

Stepped in immediately smelt like cat piss. The flavour was good but asked for extra crispy fries and they were 100% under cooked, tasted like they were boiled ?

Ordered a regular poutine. I think it's a little on the expensive side. Gravy was ok. Poutine could use more cheese. It was just ok. Not sure I'll be going back.

I prefer the Costco poutine which i think is much better and cheaper. Also the Loose Goose poutine with pulled beef we had recently was amazing.

Best poutine I’ve had in a while! Couldn’t snap a photo because we ate it so quick! Got the Jackfruit poutine. As a vegetarian, their flavours were close to a pulled pork poutine. Similar textures too! Super delicious! 100/10 recommend ❤️

I've tried Craves 3 times since their opening and each time, I have been severely disappointed. Each visit I've had to wait at least 25+ minutes for my order of 1 or 2 poutines during off-peak rush hours. The fries of the poutine have consistently been overdone, hard or stale, creating a bland, unsatisfying experience. Some of the "poutines" I've gotten haven't had gravy or curds on them at all. The burgers are okay, service is friendly albeit slow, atmosphere is fun and unqiue. Will not be revisiting. You're better off saving your money and time or going all the way DT to Frenchy's.

Picked up food for takeout tonight. The service was excellent, the young lady who took our order was very friendly and answered any questions we had. I ordered the jackfruit poutine, my husband chose the crave, and we were both thoroughly impressed. Thank you for having an option for dietary restrictions! Vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free available. We will be back!

I grew up in Belle River. On this exact street. I remember when this place used to be a chineese food spot and it turned into a poutinerie. Upon coming to my once in awhile opportunity to go to Belle River my friend told me to check this place with her so I did.

We waited awhile for our food, but it was understandable considering there were a lot of orders. I ordered the cheeseburger with onion rings and a can of pop. I was extremely disappointed with the burger. There was TOOO much condiments ... You couldn't even see the cheese with how much mustard there was on the thing. It was impossible to eat it was extremely messy and I remember taking a bite into the burger and I got a huge random bite of heavily peppered burger.

I couldn't finish my meal, my burger turned to mush. The onion rings were OK. I didn't bring it up with anybody when I should of, but im shy with these kinda things in person.

I am not here to bash the business but perhaps take this as some sort of learning point here. I might come back one day to try the pountine because why have a burger at a place that specializes in poutine....

Not what I was expecting or hoping! I believe their gravy was either going rancid or had been used to fry ?... yuck! Everything was dry. Staff were rush and not friendly. I hope this was a one off... give this local business a try.

My mom picked this place for Mother's day and glad she did. We both got the original poutine and both agreed it tasted better than the ones we had in Quebec. The staff were friendly. Definitely going back!
