One thing people should know about this location of this restaurant is that it is not accesable to those with limited mobility. The serving counter is upstairs and the restrooms are downstairs. Please note however, that the food and service are excellent.

It's all about the poutine and there are more options there than I ever knew existed. Burgers are excellent as well. Rating the food at 4 stars only because I've had a number of orders with fries that were waaaay overdone or fried with old oil... Or both. Hoping this issue gets resolved.Service is fine, they're not rude, but other than their first month or so when the manager/owner was up front, I've never sensed any enthusiasm from any other counter worker. Again, not awful, just not outstanding.Classic poutine is stellar, and I love the Mexican poutine- like what Taco Bell's fries supreme dreams of being like when it grows up!

So I don't write reviews often, but I think this place needs my stars. I got a double bacon poutine, with house sauce it was amazing! Burger was great crispy bacon. And the desert Nutella with the funnel cake fries! All was worth every dollar! Will visit again and again :)

I decided to give craves another try, since the first time I wasn't impressed. I placed an order for delivery. Once I received my order, I opened the box and noticed how dark the fries looked. I tried to eat it, but all I could taste was burnt fries. I'm not sure if they noticed the fries were burnt and they didn't care because it was a delivery order. It's really not hard to notice how dark the fries are. The food is inedible, in my opinion. Very disappointing

Had the bacon cheeseburger poutine and grill cheese cheeseburger. Was very yummy and delicious.
I held out posting this review for a while as I was hoping things would get better, unfortunately they haven't. My first experience with craves was the day they opened, I received a wonderful poutine that was delicious. Unfortunately that was the last time. On my second visit multiple items were missing on my poutines and I attempted to call to rectify but no one was answering phones. I spoke with a manager a few days later and they offered to make it right. When I went back last week after a phone order no one in the restaurant knew what I was talking about in regards to the make up order. So I ended up just paying for it. Unfortunately again one of my poutines were missing a topping (cheese sauce) and when I called 15 minutes before close again no one answered my call. Unfortunately after 2 bad experiences with one supposed to be a make up experience I won't be returning.

It's 6 am I just finished throwing up I will NEVER eat here again ordered a pulled pork poutine with bacon (if you call ham chunks bacon) to start off the pork and sauce tasted like I was eating sloppy joe's and ketchup. I gave over half of it away because I could not stand the taste, the person also noted it bothered their stomach as well I'll stick to Simons prime it's never made me sick

Edit: I visited this place yesterday and was alittle disappointed. Ordered the large sweet heat with sweet potato fries and there was barely any fries in it so it wasn't enjoyable as it felt like I was just eating overly sauces pulled pork. We also had a large classic and it barely had any gravy. This visit just didn't hit the mark with me. Hopefully next time is better like the first I went.Love that this opened in Belle River, even though I secretly wished it was in Essex (closer) hint hint! Good selection of Poutines.

Took the kids after a beach day. We all shared a classic large poutine and I had a chili cheese burger. The poutine was enormous, they did not skimp on the cheese curds or the gravy. The burger was great as well, very obviously hand made blend, cheese sauce was silky and tasty. The interior was clean, air conditioned and fun. Staff was warm and efficient. I’ll be bringing the kids back to try much more of their menu options!!
