Employee gave me a returned opened pizza from another customer...I arrived to pick up my order of one large BBQ chicken pizza. The status of the order on the screen was "ready". I gave the employee my name, and he quickly glanced at the pizzas and his coworkers and stated, "It will be ready soon." Confused, I took a seat and waited patiently. 10 minutes later, an older man walked in with a pizza (a single large pizza). He opened the box to show the Employee, and stated "wrong pizza." At this time, I assumed this was my order and knew there was a major mistake. 5 minutes later, an employee asked me about my order details, left to speak to the others where they figured it out. I was then told, "we made your pizza wrong, please wait 6 minutes." 15 minutes later, my pizza was finally ready. In fact, they offered me two BBQ chicken pizzas for my troubles! He slid two pizzas across the counter and exclaimed with a smile. "Two BBQ chicken pizza's!" Luckily, I had been keeping my eye on the returned pizza the entire time. I watched as the employee placed it back under the heat lamps and occasionally moved it from shelf to shelf. He even removed the old order sticker and placed a fresh seal sticker to close it. To confirm my suspicions, I asked the employee, "Is this his pizza, the man who returned it?" Suprisingly, he gave an honest "yes it is. " After I told him I didn't want the second free pizza, and explained to him how it's impossible to know if the pizza had been tasted, breathed on, spit on, etc... I was then charged full price for my original order, which I waited in store a total of over 30 additional minutes. This was possibly the worst and most concerning take-out experience I've ever had, and I can't trust this location or maybe even the entire chain of restaurants again.Update:The store manager reached out to me and respectfully explained how he was not in the store at the time and was shocked to hear of this experience. He agreed the employees actions were unacceptable and violated their policies. I was fairly compensated with store credit. Hopefully the standards he spoke of will be upheld more thoroughly in the future.

I received electronically that my order was ready for 10 minutes then walked in , being the only person in the restaurant, only to be ignored by the staff for over 8 minutes. When I asked if I could get me food politely , the staff had no idea of my order. My food was over cooked and burnt. It had been left in the over way too long. I’ve had great service many time prior to this visit. I should have checked my food before leaving sadly.
