So, i recently went to this mcdonalds with my kids, and me and my kid purchased a big mac, when i took my very first bite there was a very sticky substance inside of my big mac, but i didn’t order anything sticky inside of my big mac.

The weekend staff are always the worst. These are teens who pretty much look forward to the end of their shift. They never get the meal right, never get the coffee as ordered, and when they ask about points and they’re given the code, they’ll never confirm it nor call you by your name just to be sure. As I said, they want to do their hrs and get the hell out. That’s not what customer service is about.
Overall, they are fairly quick and usually get the order right. The parking lot is chaos depending on what time you go.
