I hope this reaches the employee mamta. Change your attitude please. AND it would be greatly appreciated if you could listen to what the customer is saying. Had to repeat instructions multiple times to her and she still made it incorrect. Placed an online order but for some reason it was not allowing me to add/change toppings. So I specifically asked her if I could just place it online and change the toppings and bread. She said yes but acted like the world was to end. Then began to follow what it said online not what I was telling her in person. Didn’t even ask me what cheese I wanted on there just assumed. I asked her to toast all the buns but she only toasted 3/4 and lied straight to my face like I couldn’t see what she was doing. Also did not appreciate her attitude. From the minute I walked in she looked absolutely annoyed and miserable.

Definitely the best!! Great service, awesome staff, yummy food and a clean environment!! I went to subway and an employee named Reena served me. She was so kind and greeted me with a smile!! She is definitely my favourite staff member at Subway! I had an awesome experience, I really recommend this Subway!

So I order a great Canadian club on Italian herb and cheese bread. The lady starts making a complete different sub. Just before she go to put the other toppings on she goes your not getting an Italian sub but a Canadian right. I say yes then watch her pull all meat off and put it back in the meat trays. She should have started over with new bun because the flavor I paid for isn't there it's not what I paid for.

Just got a footlong sub. It's supposed to have lettuce. No lettuce. The bun seems stale and hard. I usually order from here with no problem. But today was a huge letdown. Not fresh. Thought maybe it's a new employee, but it's the same guy that's always there.One employee was sitting in the customer area on her phone using FaceTime.Unprofessional.I probably won't be going back.Tried calling when I got home to complain. No answer. The receipt has their number, but nobody's home.Quality today was subpar. Disappointed.
