They take forever in the drive through. They also rarely have what you are asking for. They run out of chicken often, and most of the time do not have the tim bits or doughnuts you want. One of the laziest tim Horton's out there

This Tim Hortons in Belle River on Notre Dame Street has seriously gone downhill. The prices are getting out of control — $1.89 just for a bit of cream cheese, and when you get your bagel, there’s barely any on it. It’s honestly a rip-off. The food quality is terrible, and the coffee is inconsistent at best.
It’s ridiculous to keep raising prices when the product doesn’t even come close to matching the cost. Tim Hortons used to be a reliable spot, but now it’s just overpriced junk.
The only reason I’m giving even one star is because the staff are friendly and seem to try their best, but it’s clear management and corporate have stopped caring about quality or customer satisfaction. This location really needs a wake-up call.

Friendly staff, ever since the renovation it's beautiful inside but the employees seem to be able to work more efficiently and get orders out quicker but still with a smile on their face. I've managed two Tim Hortons and I'm very impressed at the quality of this store. Good job
My favorite Tim Hortons... okay, I guess I am partial because it's in my home town but they are a real friendly bunch. I frequent their establishment often with friends. I watch and listen as they know (it would seem) just about everyone that comes through the door. I see the compassion the staff has for the people that come in. Keep up the good work! :) October 7, 2024 - Our local Tim Hortons reopened today after undergoing a makeover. The building still has the same footprint but space looks larger and is bright and cheery. Kudos to the contractors for completing it in such timely fashion. Nice have Timmy's back in town. Same friendly service. Keep up the good work.
