This place and the Cheese Shop are probably the best things about Tecumseh, a cultural desert of homogeneous people with aggressively mediocre tastes. The staff actually seem to like coffee, unlike workers at the nearby Naked Cup who are oblivious to their house product that ranks below the freeze-dried instant coffee my grandmother served.Twenty Two is a bare-bones coffee shop that uses a local roast and sells a limited selection of pastries. There is spacious customer seating and a selection of local crafts for sale. This little gem is one of the few local bright spots that makes the grinding existence of Tecumseh's cultural blight almost tolerable.
