“I checked the Belwood Country Market for the first time after hearing good things about it. There was a little bit of a line, however, once at the counter, the workers were very quick and polite.

I got a dozen butter tarts and they were amazing. These butter tarts were the best I've ever had. They are a little pricey, but well worth it to treat yourself.

I will be back for more butter tarts and to try some of the other options.”

“Never been to Belwood or the restaurant before, we were on a day trip from Toronto. Pretty village nice atmosphere great countryside. Was surprised to see the negative reviews. We didn’t know about the new owners so I’m writing this without any prior knowledge.We ordered the club sandwich and grilled cheese with fries. Astounded about how good the food was. Truly delicious. Service was great, friendly and attentive. Dunno what the fuss is all about as would def recommend.”

“It’s not easy to find and parking is a bit far away if you are disabled. But the food and service are outstanding. As my friend said, I would drive all this way just for the dessert! (sticky toffee pudding). If you get lost, ask a local for directions. They know where it is and it’s worth the effort. My lobster mac and cheese was excellent. Service was attentive, friendly and helpful.

Had a chit chat session with them. Basically this place is take out only so not seating was available, otherwise good place to eat some good pizzas”

“AMAZING pierogis! I am from a Ukrainian-Polish background and VERY picky about my pierogies. The Perked Pierogi has the most delicious pierogies - as good as (dare I say better?!) my mother's which is saying something! I really appreciate that she has dairy free options (dill pickle/potato) - mouth watering! ❤😀We will definitely be back!”
