I absolutely love this place and I am a repeat customer. The staff are always super friendly, the baking is outstanding, and it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had. You need to try the Portuguese custard tarts!!!

I went into the store to order sandwiches for some guests we were having over for dinner. From the first bite into the sandwich, the compliments didn’t stop. Boa simply makes delicious food. Our guests even pointed out the quality of the sausage and how it was so much better than the usual they get elsewhere. We’ve known about this place for a while but it was so nice to share with friends!

En route to Toronto we were looking for a spot to grab a quick coffee, and decided to check out the Boa Bakery as it was open nice and early. We were expecting just a little storefront, but instead walked into a really sweet spot - long bench with cushions, cafe tables and chairs - with amazingly good food and coffee. While our coffee was being made we had time to check out the pastry case, and when we were told everything - like, everything, bread and all - was made in-house, we decided to try the turnovers, an apple and a cherry. They were both excellent, not the flabby canned-filling puff pastry ones most places serve, but really good, crisp and flaky with nice fillings. My partner then noticed the menu board and decided he also needed a mortadella melt. I didn't get a shot at it but he said it was fantastic, lots of fresh thinly sliced meat, havarti, pepperoncino on a toasted Portuguese bun. The young woman behind the counter was very helpful with our many questions, and we've already filed the Boa Bakery away as our go-to when we're in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for coffee, breakfast pastries, and delightful sandwiches.

Excellent, took my order asap. Dressed up the cannolis for my husbands bday. They were delicious and I barely got to eat any because my kids kept wanting more. Highly recommend. Thanks so much for making our day!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! I recently found this bakery a few weeks ago and although I’m from Hamilton, it’s worth the 15 minute drive! Their lattes and sandwiches are delicious and they always have fresh pastries and treats (cookies are 10/10)! I’ve been in countless times while alone with my newborn son, and every time I leave with my latte/treats, the woman at the front counter offers to carry my stuff to my car so my hands aren’t too full. It’s refreshing to visit somewhere that prioritizes customer service. Love this place!

Boa Bakery went above and beyond to take care of me and my family!! I ordered a dozen croissants but due to some unforeseen issues the croissants weren’t ready at the agreed upon time and the owner wasn’t happy with the product. The owner worked late, drove them to my house and also threw in a bunch of extra goodies because she was sorry. She even offered to bake them again for free the next day! Nikole is a sweetheart ❤️

Came in on Saturday 30 mins before close and asked if they had any pizza left. Was told no that they were closing in 30 minutes. Cool; I understand. But to post that in a condescending way on your social media is pretty distasteful to do. I like your food but I won’t be back solely based on that post. I didn’t make it a big deal and even bought something else but to post that I came in 30 mins before close and asked for pizza then mock me online for no reason is unbelievable.Reply: No I came in with the little boy asked for pizza and bought 4 cookies and left. The post on your stories on instagram seemed pretty much directed at me based on the content and timing. Even if it wasn't directed at me and it was directed at someone else; its very immature and ignorant to publicly shame an unnamed guest.
