I wanted to order 4 personal pan pizzas on a Tuesday in June for the $2.00 special. When I went into a he Binbrook store, the lady told me I could only order 2 and pointed to a hand made sign. I pointed out a coupon from Pizza hut that said maximum 4 per order but the lady and gentleman there refused. They recommended that I order two, leave the store and come back 5 minutes later and they would let me order the other two. This was a terrible example of customer service and customer inconvenience. While I was polite with my discussion with them, I was amazed that they would not accommodate me. I am sure that they lowered the maximum to 2 because so many people were ordering the special and they weren’t making much money on the specials. I will not visit this store again.

There was only one person working and he locked the door and went for delivery before 11 pm. We waited outside from 10.56 pm our order was supposed to be picked up at 10.58. Staff person came back from delivery and said you’re not supposed to order this late, he was very very very rude, when we asked to get the dippings he again shouted and wasn’t polite and said he was not supposed to give this to us since it is past 11 pm. When he himself wasn’t available in the store before 11 pm when we were there. he made wrong pizza with tomato pizza sauce base and made another pizza with pesto base. Overall he doesn’t know how to talk with customers and he doesn’t know how to behave. Very very very bad customer service. I Never suggest anyone to visit this store ever again. 0 starts.

Friendly and fast service! The only regret is that sometimes the pizza sauce is too excessive and the pizza ends up being a bit sour. Other than that it id a great place amd I most often enjoy pizza there!
