Horrible timmies

Machine was working for the exprosso totally get it it’s hot, ordered an Oreo ice cap got up to the window the guy snatched the money out of my hand gave me my one drink then the other and told me “we have no whip cream” I ordered the drink for the whip cream as well as the Oreos and come to find out it’s just a normal icecap with a little bit of chocolate sauce on it.. no Oreos.. no whip cream.. probably will avoid this timmies at all cost now

I’ve gone countless times, usually order the same thing and 9 times out of 10 they find some way to screw up my order. I’m intolerant to eggs and usually order a double stack (where the egg can be removed / because their app doesn’t have the option to add bacon to the simply sausage). I’m either waiting 20mins or more for my food (ordered through mobile app) or they get my order wrong or they give me the wrong order. Some staff are great, the rest not so much. Please do better!

Honestly, they really need to work on their service. An average time waiting at drive thru is anywhere between 15-25 mnts. I’ve been to this location multiple times and every time it’s the same. It just never gets better ! Very frustrating

I always come to this Tim Hortons and consistently receive exceptional service from one of the employees. I'm pretty sure his name is Bara, though I overheard another employee mention it. He’s always polite, greets me with a smile, and makes my drinks quickly and perfectly every time. His service really stands out!

This store has no idea what they are doing .Service is extremely slow. Placed order online; it took 10 minutes for the order to get ready. Post that , at the mobile pick up they left it there with out any of them knowing what the order was. Their display showed the order is being processed; it was ready and they didn’t know .. An employee opened the food to check what it was .. This location needs serious help.. I would rather drive 10 mins away to grab food than be at this location.. Tim’s you are throwing your name down the drain .. Wake up..

Poor experience.
On November 27, 2024, at 8:30 PM, my friend and I had an unpleasant experience at the drive-through. We ordered a classic lemonade with less ice, potato wedges, and steeped tea. The individual at the drive-through, an Indian gentleman, prepared my lemonade with crushed ice instead of the requested less ice. Additionally, the drink was overly sweet, which significantly affected its quality.

I visited many times this location, every time i have to wait for my food. I went there, and no employee was in front to get the order, all are busy in drive thru. One Asian boy i don't know the name he was filling the showcase in sunday morning. He wish me and he took my order, interesting part is that firstly, he removed the gloves and washed their hands after that he served me and along with me he served another 4 persons in lesz than 5 min. But another employee's didn't help that guy. Moreover, one another customer was waiting for their order nearly 10 min. Again the boy came from the back again he took the order. I wish i know that person name.I appreciate that guy.

A Message to Parents and the Community Regarding Respect and Behavior at Tim Hortons

Recently, I witnessed an unfortunate situation at Tim Hortons where a group of kids and teens were harassing a man, both inside and outside the shop. It wasn’t just a casual interaction—it was deliberate, disruptive, and left the man feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also detrimental to the sense of community we should be fostering, especially in public spaces like this.

To the parents in our community: please take the time to speak with your children about the importance of respect and kindness. It’s crucial that our kids learn how to interact with others in a way that reflects empathy and maturity, not harassment. As they grow older, it’s essential they understand that treating others with dignity is not optional—it’s the foundation of being responsible, respectful adults.

Our actions, big or small, have an impact on those around us. It's up to us as a community to guide our youth to make better choices, especially when it comes to their behavior in public. Let's encourage them to be part of the solution, not the problem.

It’s important that we all, as adults, set the right example. Let’s show our younger generation that respect for others is not just a value, but a way of life.
