The indoor dining experience has changed completely with this tim Hortons remodeling and it really adds to the experience! The food is similar to other Tim's and I've never had complaints.

This location is an absolute nightmare. Every time I go to this location no matter the time of the day, morning, afternoon or night there is always a 10-minute plus wait time whether they are seemingly busy or not. They consistently mess up orders and are always saying they are out of items 10/10 would not recommend 👎🏻

I couldn't believe how many times my order was screwed up when I was in yesterday. Inputted incorrectly at the cash, which I noticed and corrected. Then they forgot to make my drink, then asked me what it was I was waiting for, then told me they didn't have that flavour, and when agreed on a substitition STILL made it wrong. Seemingly hell-bend on serving me cow's milk when I reminded them I wanted almond milk 3 times. Daughter's drink was the wrong size. Definitely didn't feel like a valued customer.

Went tough drive through and ordered steak and cheddar. Total came up to $8.46.
I was 5 cent short. They cashier was making a fuss about me not having 5 cents. They were refusing to give me my order over 5 cents. I was extremely shocked that over 5 cents they would react like this. Where the human decency gone here??? Our reliance technicians come here all the time for lunch and this is what we have to deal with. This experience was actually ubsurd. Won't be coming back again.

I had a frustrating experience drive-thru.I ordered a steeped tea, but when I received it, it was cold. I mentioned this to the staff, and I went inside for a replacement. Unfortunately, the second tea was still cold. The employee explained that the milk they added was cold, which made the tea lukewarm. Instead of brewing a fresh pot, they microwaved the tea, which didn’t improve the taste or temperature. The service felt rushed, and I was disappointed with the lack of care in preparing a simple order. I hope they improve their process for fresh tea.

worst experience i’ve ever had at a tim hortons. drive thru employee yelling at me in the drive thru about a mobile order, get a life, mobile order placed in advance and not even started when i arrived and she was yelling at me for being there? maybe do your job. i will not be returning to this restaurant and if you don’t want to be yelled at i suggest you don’t either
