I’ve had some decent experiences here, and saw a light at the end of the tunnel that new ownership was improving things. However this week’s experiences beg to differ.
1. At the drive thru I ordered a biscoff latte to be told they don’t serve that drink (funny I’ve ordered before). Then to be told Nevermind at the window and did I want one instead of the other drink I was made to order.
2. “How would you like to pay?” “Visa” “Uuuuuuh no you need to pay…” “yeah…Visa?” “I don’t think that will work”
3. I ordered a simply sausage English muffin and a hashbrown. I had to explain to two employees at the drive thru AND inside that no I want a combo and not a hashbrown on a sandwich.
4. 4:45am on a Tuesday - line of 10 cars…no coffee
5. 5:20am on a Wednesday decided to try the line of 7 cars. 30min later I had a drink and a cold bagel.

Maybe you need more staff on deck at this time as the ones now can’t handle more than a car at a time. I shouldn’t have time to type a review in a drive thru.

To add one positive note, there are about 5 staff members that have been there for years who do an amazing job and I always enjoy my experiences when they are working. It’s unfortunate the rest of it kind of sucks as I do want to support my local businesses. Guess it’s time to bring my own coffee and stop drinking this mediocre stuff.

Left me waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes. Then after asking for a everything bagel get ask three times after if it's a three cheese or everything. Say I want everything then still get handed a three cheese like come on don't stop here you will waste time and money

One of the worst tim hirtons locations. Every time messes up my order. Every time they miss sausage patties in the sandwich. Dont know what to tell them to get my order right. I guess will just stick to buying coffee (that too plain black) from them.

I came in yesterday Oct 29th in the afternoon, and was pleasntly served by this one male staff wearing a sliver jacket. Although I had a big order, he was able to make it in no time.

This is crazy. Every time I come to this Tim Hortons I'm waiting 20 minutes for a bagel there's no reason for this
A bagel with butter should not take 20 minutes. It wasn't even that big. You busy. I pretty much had to ask for my money back to get my bagel and numerous people in line were complaining about the weights and this is an ongoing everyday thing in binbrook Tim Hortons you guys need to step it up take care of the inside customers, not just the drive-thru. This is ridiculous

The indoor dining experience has changed completely with this tim Hortons remodeling and it really adds to the experience! The food is similar to other Tim's and I've never had complaints.

This location is an absolute nightmare. Every time I go to this location no matter the time of the day, morning, afternoon or night there is always a 10-minute plus wait time whether they are seemingly busy or not. They consistently mess up orders and are always saying they are out of items 10/10 would not recommend 👎🏻
