Waited 10 mins for my small mobile order when atleast 6 people who came after me at the register got their stuff and left. On top of that, coffee order was wrong. No sugar, incorrect cream. How difficult is it?

Every time I order something online from this Tim Hortons, they mess up the order or the order doesn’t Taste, right. I ordered an iced cap and it was half full, Or the most recent time when I ordered an iced cap it tasted weird.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but honestly I just moved to Binbrook, I go inside of this tim Hortons everyday and order the same coffee.. the old lady’s that take the order are beyond rude- I’m not expecting to be greeted with the song and dance but a hi good morning what can I get you - would be nice.. instead I get a sour look on their face and a stare… ( not even a what can I get you. ) I’m done coming to this Tim Hortons… the coffee is garbage and burnt everyday and I’m not paying or tipping unfriendly staff. Get rid of the miserable old ladies and hire some happy eager students or people who actually want to work and like their job. Especially the old lady with the mask on today- talks about me to a different staff member how she doesn’t want to serve me and makes the other miserable lady do it. Then I get handed the worst coffee I’ve ever had…… disgusting! Hope ppl don t treat your grandkids like that.

They got my order spot on, which is never the case at other locations most the time.

Very, very slow service. Third in line, after a lengthy wait, we left. By this time the line was out the door. Lots of staff trying to look busy but not helping customers.

Was in the drive thru tonight from 610-630pm, slow but normal for this location. When it was our turn at the window, an employee informed us that their system was being rebooted and would be down for 5-10 minutes. I could see our drinks sitting right there. We asked if we could just give them the money for them, we were told the total when we ordered 10 minutes prior. Employee said "sorry but I can't ring them in". So, after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru they wanted us to wait an additional 5-10 minutes. We drove away angry and went to another location. What a waste of time. We live in town so we go there out of convenience, but everytime I leave there questioning why do I go there?? I'm definitely done with that place now.

I always say that Tim Hortons has become an insult to Canadian culture. No finer example than this location here. Consistently , orders are not made correctly or are unable to be made (we’re out of this, we’re out of that)Why offer items on the menu if 80% of the time you cannot make them?Customer service is trash but that’s to be expected by any Tim Hortons - order anything aside from a black coffee and a boston cream and be prepared to be treated as public enemy #1

Would give a 0 for atmosphere if l could. Kids are ridiculous management or supervisor at night won't say anything to the kids must be scared of them. We went in there at night and kids were vaping In side the store stuff all over the floor. My family and l wont be back. We used to go there all the time at least spent $80 if not more a week during the day and at night.

HORRIBLE... I ordered food and got the wrong order (not the first time). there were flies AND bees eating the donuts. that made me concerned for my order and left me wondering if my food was also made with flies eating them. it took 5 minuets for me to even order my food. employees just kept passing by. a lady put something out in front of me and I asked if it was mine but she just walked away... I was very furious. I then asked another employee if that was my order and she said yes but it was not. I told them it was the wrong order and she tried to tell me I did order it (not to mention I had a friend with me who I even backed even up). she then asked me what I ordered and I told her. after I got asked by 2 different people what my order was. I did not even want to dine because flieswere literally on my forhead. i also happend to catch one of the workers named Maria. anyway alot of the workers had attitude but shes one of them.

I frequent this Tim hortons often as I work in the area. It’s quite disappointing how much staff turnover happens at this location which does not bode well for management. There are 2-3 ladies that have been there for years that provide great service but any time I am not served by them I’m heavily disappointed.I once had my sandwich handed to someone else and they came back in after opening it and the staff took it to “remake” it but was handed back in a matter of seconds. I’m convinced it was just rewrapped as it was not warm and I’m not sure how a bagel would toast that fast.My biggest complaint is that a French vanilla cost 20 cents more at this location than numerous Hamilton locations that I visit. This includes the newer airport rd location and the one on mudd st.
