The customers and employees very ignorant and selfish. Something is in the water of this town the way these people handle themselves. The lack of ability to make a coffee in accordance to an order is very sad. Very rude and arrogant.

Just left here. Passing through to Kenora again. And this same tim hortons i complained aabout before. In may. Is disgusting. The family bathroom. The front doir glass is horrific. The staff has zero communication skills. You're looked at like a zombie when you're talking to them. 2 for 2 here. Not happing a 3rd time. I left without ordering. Its 10:30am. Wonderful.

WOW when you order 9 extra large coffees every day 4 in the morning and 5 at night , girl making coffee says omg this is going to use my whole pot of coffee 😧 Umm really? Is it not your job to brew coffee? 900.00 a month and you are close to loosing my business! I even told her I can cancel my coffees and pizza and drive a couple min up the road to the other Tim Hortons..... Do better or at least smile and do the job you are paid to do

Service and coffee was good. But bathrooms are gross. Watermarks on the mirrors, floors were dirty and debris covered. Mens washroom stall door broken and no soap for washing hands.

Great experience at Tim Hortons. I cannot tell you how much I would recommend their flatbread pizza. It's like a bite of Italy somehow located in Northern Ontario. Great sandwiches, fresh coffee, and kind service. Would maybe like napkins next time, but luckily I had a car full of fleece rabbits which were optimal for wiping my greasey fingies on. Thanks Tim Hortons, until we meet again. I will return for sandwiches in the future.

I was in there 2.minutes ago, and literally watched a fly crawl on an apple fritter and another fly land on a donut. I should have snapped a photo, but I walked out. I should have definitely snapped photos!! That is utterly disgusting!!!! Disgusting. WHY NOT CLOSE THE AREA WHERE THE DONUTS ARE? DISGUSTING!!!!!
