Now this is what I call service! I want to thank the young man who took my order for giving me the best Tim Hortons experience I’ve had in years! He was extremely kind (somthing other fast food workers should work on) and was very patient with me as I fumbled with my change, he even offered to help me! What a gentleman! Not to mention he said it was his first day, I’m glad to see they’re hiring the right people nowadays. I will definitely be stoping here every-time I drive through town!

The employees were happy to properly rinse out a travel mug before refilling it with a coffee for me, and didn’t hesitate to fill up a cold pail of water for my dog. They were friendly and welcoming . Thumbs and definitely two paws up 🐾for this establishment. The hospitality is very much appreciated on a long drive!

Went in at 1am waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to come from the back, I yelled hello as I could hear movement in the back. The sketchiest person I've ever seen came from the back, I asked if they had any Bagels as I could see two 4 cheese bagels behind him, he said no. I asked him aren't those bagels right there pointed at the 2 bagels. His reply was I have to throw those out because they are deformed. Ya okay there bud I guess he just didn't want to do his job.

My wife and I are(were) are taking the long drive from Mississauga to Winnipeg to visit family. We pulled in to stretch our legs and got a small coffee. Casey came in from his break and let me know he was going to wash his hands before serving me. He was very polite referring to me as , sir. I asked for a small black coffee with a sleeve, which he quickly gave me. For these things he should be commended (probably why he is a shift supervisor). ??
I am not sure what the rules and expectations are for smoking near the building, but Casey happened to be doing it right outside the station door. This made my wife and I very uncomfortable. It made it less inviting to enter the station. I did notice an ashtray with a smoking sign on it, but I assume that is simply encouraging people to, ‘but out’ there smokes before they enter the building and not permission to stand there and smoke. Please forgive me if I am wrong. However, if it is, I will think twice about using this station and restaurant.

It's great when you go there and your normal person is working cause they know what u want and how u want it!!! If not gotta repeat yourself three times very frustrating!!!!

Bagel belt was cold. Hash browns were old and cold. I haven't been to a Tim Hortons in a year. Still the same disappointing experience as my last visit. Maybe next year.

young lady supervisor with glasses was very polite and made few suggestions of what was great for breakfast so early this morning she assured me everything was made fresh and she pointed out what my little gy may like as well and he loved it sure wished all Tim Hortons had people like her we were at the Espanola 1 yesterday and found that 1 there to be so rude , i think this person should be loaned out to teach those 1s how to react with customers
