I had an excellent experience at Tim Hortons. The quality of the food and beverages was consistently high, and the service was prompt and efficient. The environment was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Sachin for his outstanding professionalism and courteous service. The last year of stopping in drive-through had gone down hill. I have had English muffins that are rock hard on half the muffin, the tea that I ordered usually takes untill I get to Clinton before I can even attempt to start drinking it. This last time it was cold. I have noticed the change over my last 8 years going to London. From now on will either order from Wingham or wait until Lucan. I have noticed the new employees & have felt the service has not ben to par.

Stopped in last night to get a drink. Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The bathroom door handle was literally falling off, the floors were dirty, and there were bug traps out in plain view. On top of that, I had to go looking for an employee just to get service because no one was paying attention. When someone finally helped me, there was no apology and no communication at all. This location clearly lacks basic cleanliness standards and customer service. I won’t be returning. If I could give a zero I would.

My experience here at the blyth Tim Hortons was great I only ordered a cookie and chocolate milk but it was wonderful. Also the service was amazing especially the guy who took my order, love the guy
