Hello I’ve visited the Blyth Tim Hortons on multiple occasions, and my order has always been wrong. I believe it’s under new management, all I have been hearing from everyone else in town is that their order have also been wrong. I do enjoy visiting Tim Hortons but I will not be visiting this one anymore. I’ve given them multiple chances to change but they don’t. I believe training or replacement of management needs to be done.

Used to think this was a very good Tim’s, but the last 5 times I have went for my drink I get they charge me for my drink and I don’t even get what I asked for, than I have to take a sip of it in the drive through before I leave to make sure it’s right, and when I give it back to them since it is not right they like get very rude, because they can’t do their jobs and make a drink on their menu but charge me more for something they couldn’t make. Very lazy people I order a simple drink, it’s not that hard I don’t work at Tim’s and I could make it myself
