Great place right on the main street of Caygeon. If you can’t enjoy a meal and have time to wait for the yummy *homemade* pasta, then you probably want to go elsewhere. IMO It’s worth the wait!
We had to wait 40 minutes to get our food and when it came it was very disappointing. No sauce at all, noodles over cooked and few strips of peppers and artichokes. Would not return to this restaurant, ruined our fun trip to Bobcaygeon for lunch.
We’ve been in to Amici a few times now and both times we were sooo satisfied. The restaurant is a nice environment and not too big so it has an intimate feel.
This time, we started with the octopus which was incredible! My husband is a big fan of their pizzas so he got one of them and I really enjoyed their bacon burger which was perfectly cooked and the potato wedges were so tasty!

Amici Pasta Bar offers a nice variety of specials, including 3 pasta dishes and 3 other options. The food is good with large portions and reasonable prices. The Italian burger is highly recommended, described as homemade and amazing. Service is excellent, with attentive staff who keep track of orders and entertain guests. The house Italian Cab-Merlot is also very good.
