Came here while visiting in the area, staff was nice. A little shy maybe? weren’t to helpful for a first time visitor.
But nonetheless the Ice cream here was incredible I got a soft serve cone with their “flavour blaster” and got the orange flavour and it tasted just like a creamsicle! it also had a great presentation.
would definitely go again if I was ever in the area again!

i love moose tracks and i always look for places to get it. this place had lots of staff working when i went so there was no line. I love the pirtion duze too! Good price for kawartha ice-cream. But, there was a strange smell (like chlorine?) in the store which was a little unsettling.

We live here. Been going for ice cream since they opened. I alway get the hot caramel sundae. It looks exactly like the picture on the wall. Tall cup of ice cream swirled with hot caramel. Had one last week. Go in today for my once a week treat and the cup is half the size of what is was. Half the ice cream an no swirl. I asked the employee as to what happened and was told they are downsizing on everything……..except the price. It’s still the same. I never felt they were overpriced till today. Won’t be having my weekly treat anymore. BTW….change the picture to reflect the tiny cup and no swirl and less ice cream.

Increasingly out of ice cream whenever we go...twice on long weekends this summer we made the trek across the lake for a sweet treat only to be disappointed. Like Mcdonalds, their soft serve machine is always down.

Stopped in says open at 11. 4 staff working said it will be another 30 min before they can help scoop icecream just got an order in. Not one person could help? I had 3 little kids that waited over an hour for it to open. Needless to say I went and spent my money elsewhere

This place was crazy busy but the line is pretty quick.Great selection of ice cream from Kawartha Dairy. I always get cotton candy ice cream but decided to switch it up and get a sundae. It was nothing special, just your regular soft serve vanilla. I know for next time to stick with the hard ice cream instead of going soft

Nice ice cream shop. We come here often. They have soft serve, dipped cones, milkshakes, blended ice cream with toppings, Kawartha ice cream, seen hot dogs today. Little pricey. Very disappointed they took away the costumer loyalty card. It's such a little thing that makes a big difference to me.
