The employee was talking to his friends who were blocking the line. Customers were waiting to order while the employee ignored them talking to people who hadn’t even ordered food.
The food seems to be OK. The service seems to have gone way down hill in the last 6 months.

I came here an hour after they opened at 9am and wanted my sub toasted but they told me “the toaster is still heating up and was going to take 10 minutes.” Should probably start heating it up earlier, and the bun was also stale. Got the cheapest sub too, $16 poorly spent.
