This is the best timmies I've ever been to. Fast, efficient and friendly weather drive through or inside. Working here from out of town. The staff here is just awesome every morning. Wish every timmies was like this. Thanks for making my coffee and enjoyable experience

Tim hortons isn’t what it use to be

Has to be the slowest service of any tims I’ve been to which is a lot as I’ve travelled across the country. Not only is the service slow they can’t get orders right as the last 3 visits have all had mistakes and not small oops more like just who cares. I’ve been double charged twice and the property is a mess and full of bees so don’t open your window in the drive thru as you most likely will get stung or the smell of rotten milk will get you. I watched an employee trying to clean the garbage but with so many bees flying around the poor guy he just walked away leaving it over flowing on the ground and to be honest I don’t blame the guy. Service inside is slower then the drive thru as there more focused on that. So really just don’t bother it ain’t worth the wait as you will most likely have to go back and get your order fixed anyway!.

This is hands down the slowest Tim Hortons in North America….. I travel A lot and I can tell you, I will never ever use that Tim Hortons again and as a local, I find it absolutely sickening the level of service that you get at that restaurant…..

Service here is garbage. Corporate should be contacted and informed of how terrible this Tim hortons is run.
Whoever the manager is needs to be fired. The owner of this establishment should be getting fined . The employees have 0 customer service skills, the coffee is always burnt and never made properly, the food is hardly cooked half the time. Then to top it all of this morning , as I'm sitting waiting in line I noticed two other cars pull ahead on the opposite speaker, I had been sitting there waiting to have my order taken, so I pulled out and went to the other speaker , I informed the woman on speaker that there's a chance the speaker isn't working because I've been sitting here and you've taken other people before myself , her answer was " it was only one person I'm watching you on camera" so to me that seemed very much intentional and her behavior and attitude were nothing to brag about.
So clearly we have attitude here but not proper training.

We went here at 8 am and ordered a bagel a wrap and a tea. We also donated 3$ for a bracelet for camp. We did not get the bracelet which we did it for the donation but my daughter was also looking forward to the bracelet so that is beyond disappointing. Secondly they did not say anything to us at window. They had debit machine out the window then handed us the food with no hello or anything like this. This whole transaction was with no communication however we were attempting to talk to them!

This is beyond not the way I wanted to start my morning.if someone donated please give them the bracelet as again my daughter was really upset! Don’t advertise something if you are not actually hanging them out.
