First time trying Wing House in Bobcaygeon.....great experience ...ordered the 1LB wing special comes with fries and some veggies. Wings were nice and big ....went simple with a honey garlic sauce on mine ....but there is, I believe, 150 flavour options!!! Food was delicious...our server was great... he was friendly and attentive. Other than a couple annoying flies bopping around (it's summer of course) and having to swat them away.....it was a great experience....will definitely go back when visiting Bobcaygeon again.

I just wanted to share my recent experience at Wing House Bobcaygeon with you. Their chicken wings were absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection! The service was exceptional - the staff was friendly and attentive. And let's not forget about their loaded French fries - they were a real treat! Wings were very blah waitress was very slow thru the whole process and i understand they are busy at times food took almost 45 mins on Wednesday afternoon and then the bill took another 1/2 hour And also charged me for the samples of hot sauce to decide which flavor i would like and i have never been there before but was referred by a friend

Really good food and a relaxed vibe, but the service was a complete disaster. Three servers two looked and acted like they wanted to be anywhere but there, endless waiting, and zero attention to our needs ruined the night. It took 20 minutes just to get drinks—wrong orders included! The attitude from one server (I think her name was Jessica? Not 100% sure since she didn’t introduce herself and I happen to just over hear someone say her name) was uncalled for, practically ignoring us while chatting with what i guess was her family/friends. After finally getting our appetizers, we felt totally forgotten and rushed when trying to order more drinks. By the end of the night, we just wanted our bill and to leave. What a frustrating experience! Such a shame because the food was decent; however, I don't think we'll be back anytime soon due to this abysmal service. I was a server for years and I always tip well and in cash, this was the first time I have EVER not left a tip. I really didn’t like doing that but the service was just that bad.

We've had great experiences in the past but this one was not the same. Order was botched and they even called following our order to confirm we wanted 'dry rub'. Admittedly, we should've checked before we left the restaurant, but didn't realize that it was sauced instead of dry until we got back home... When we called to explain the mixup they said we had to come back in with our wings for an exchange. Very poor service. Super disappointed.
UPDATE: Contacted by the Wing House to make things right with an explanation of new staff and offered a 'credit on the books'. Happy that management takes an interest.

Take out was ready when I arrived. Got home, I found the honey garlic didn't either, of garlic or honey. There was a vague sweetness in the breading. Perhaps my expectations were too high?

Ordered takeout and when got home to eat it they decided to give me balsamic dressing for my salad instead of the French dressing I ordered. Not a huge deal but I do prefer to get what I asked and paid for. I reached out to the restaurant and did not receive a reply.
