Normally I love A&W but for public safety I have to write this. We stayed at the neighbouring Hampton Court and went here for dinner as we were tired from travelling. The food was cold and disgusting. The breading on the onion rings was soggy and falling off. My burger had a foot long black hair coiled up in it (neither my wife nor I have black hair). The staff were indifferent and distracted. The order also took over 10 minutes to prepare, although the restaurant was almost empty. We had to throw everything out. Be safe, choose another restaurant.
