I have never written a review, but unfortunately my experience was too out of the normal and just not very customer service like. I don't come to this location frequently, but when I do it is top notch service; friendly employees, fast service and just a welcoming environment. I have scrolled through reviews and seen that there is new management.. figures, because of the service I was given. No smiles, no welcome, no greeting. I ordered a simple smoothie- regular size, and it took this person almost forever because they couldn't stop talking to their co-worker. The old workers were extremely nice and had the drinks out in a timely manner. Please do better this is crazy.

It was a surprise and relief to see the store open at 7am as posted when I came last week! In addition, the store was cleaner than I’ve seen it, the computer screens were working and everything was set up and ready. The service was fabulous and I appreciated the franchise owner’s perspective that the store is very quiet and he’s been working many hours. He owns at least one other location so he knows what he is doing! I visit Booster Juice stores in key locations like Orangeville and Orillia! Those are very busy and successful shops! With this new management, I have high hopes that Bolton will become another star location!

very disappointed with the new staff. i used to enjoy this location with all of the friendly staff and when i had recently gone the staff was just rude and seemed like they did not want to be there. my drink also had a lot of unblended bits when they served it to me it was not a smoothie it was a chunkie. do better

Been going to this location for years. Went through two different owners both were horrible. Then the store became corporate owned, pretty much all the same workers but much cleaner and seemed like they had implemented some rules for employees especially with uniform and the way they serve customers. They had a supervisor and a manager that worked almost every morning and I was going back just for them. Then at the end of summer the supervisor left and the manager stopped working as much and before you know it the store is sold again. I’m so tired of going to this location and always finding something new. These new owners work themselves in the store and it has lost all its spirt. Workers are so robotic and unfriendly, we miss the community booster juice brought not this whole rebranding that’s trying to be made. Not here for it, do better please

I dont live in Bolton, but i love going to booster juice at other locations, I frequently in the past have stopped by at this bolton location to grab a smoothie, and i recently went into the store and saw that there was new management??? I knew some of the staff from the previous months, and every time i came to this location all my orders were served perfectly and all the workers always promoted a great environment all the time. What happened to the old workers? The worker at the store was rude to me when i was ordering my smoothie and they took forever to make it. This is definitely not how the old workers were. I was Interested to what was happening I opened the reviews to this location and saw all the bad reviews and have even been noticing that there are fake 5 star reviews. This is so disappointing. The new management and owner are setting such a negative environment of the store, which was NEVER the case with the old workers. And i only would come here a couple times and I was always greeted by the same workers from the previous management. This store sucks now. Bolton booster you can do better.

I’ve been going to this booster juice location for a while and it was always amazing, ever since the management has changed I’ve noticed that all of the original workers got fired. The new staff is SO rude and disrespectful. anytime I walk in I feel uncomfortable and out of place. I will not be coming back here and I recommend no one does unless you want to feel uncomfortable and have your drinks or smoothies made in properly every time. Ever since the new owners my drinks have been garbage and un consistent. When I asked the lady at the front for a change to my drink she looked at me with a rude face and I wanted to leave immediately. Do not come here.

Something weird seems to be going on with this location this past week. I’ve learned that the place is under new management and I haven’t seen any of the workers I recognize. To me, it looks like the old workers I see very often are being wiped out all at once. If this truly is the case, I will not be returning because I refuse to support such despicable behaviour and extreme disregard to the foundation of the store’s success. Also, thanks to that review pointing out that recent positive reviews are AI generated. I looked as well and it’s very clear to see from the grammar and syntax. Truly disappointing and immoral.

This is the first place I go for a healthy shake after the gym. The worst service and the rudest staff ever! First of all speak English and don't be rude to any customers. I will never go back to this location and will report them to head office. Disgusting! Bring back the great staff that was here before this!
I used to be disappointed with this place before — the service just wasn’t great. But ever since the new management took over, everything has completely changed for the better! The staff is friendly and attentive, the food quality has improved a lot, and the whole atmosphere feels welcoming and positive. I visited the store yesterday around 6 PM, just as they were closing, but the staff still welcomed me with genuine smiles and offered excellent service. They recommended items that perfectly matched my taste, and my order was made exactly the way I wanted. To my surprise, I even received freshly made juice — something I hadn’t experienced at this location before. When I mentioned it, I learned that the store is now under new management as of October 22, 2025 and the improvement is clearly noticeable. Great job to the entire team for the positive change and to the owner for ensuring well-trained staff and outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work!
