Ordered the Nutella, strawberry banana waffle with a chai karak. Waffle was good, however it is not vanilla bean ice cream as noted on the menu. It’s just vanilla. The chai karak took a very long time to make. By the time it came out we were already finished the waffle and ready to pay the bill. The chai was over steeped and bitter. Not worth the wait. Also ordered a scoop of ice cream with chocolate sauce for my daughter. Service was ok however the waitress had difficulty understanding...

Caramel cafe is the best in Bolton.Owner Gurtinder deals the customers very politely.He is so humble .Moreover, coffee have unique aroma.

Very calm and nice café. The waffles were not too sweet and had a nice balance. The service was great. Got free hot chocolate.Served water in a fancy bottle. The price was a bit too high. If you want a go-to place for food or dessert, come here
