What a cute little shop! Great cinnamon dolce latte and the apple caramel crumble was delicious. The decor in the place was adorable. Airy, sophisticated vibes. The person working was very pleasant! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a Demetre’s style dessert shop. Support local :)

Stopped here on my way back from showings, just needed a place with wifi, I’m glad I did. I’m going to have to come back here with friends to try more of the desserts. Had a latte that tasted amazing and the staff were very nice. If you’re in Bolton and want to try a dessert spot, I would try this place out.

My husband and I wanted to pop out for coffee and a sweet treat and found Caramel. The owners are lovely, the desserts were delicious and the atmosphere relaxing. Compared to other dessert cafes and lounges the prices were comparable. I would definitely go back and highly recommend Caramel for a relaxing evening out.
