I recently visited Chatime and had a truly fantastic experience, thanks entirely to the staff member, Sienna. She was incredibly nice and offered outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. More importantly, the drinks were made perfectly. I ordered a couple of classics, and the flavor balance and preparation quality were spot-on definitely some of the best I've had. It's clear that Sienna takes pride in both her friendly attitude and her work. Her skill and warmth make this Chatime location stand out. Highly recommend stopping by!

staff is friendly and the store is neat. i do find drink quality is lacking when compared to other stores. i consistently get more toppings at vaughan locations and drinks are always spot on in vaughan. bolton seems to have a quality control problem

I have been at this Chatime 3 times and all 3 times they were not not able to make my drink right. I have never experienced this before at other locations. I personally have worked for the company before and they have pride themselves on consistency and quality in every drink. It's definitely not followed here. It was a waste of my hard earn money and I would not recommend

I got my usual which would had been roasted pearl milk tea. Which is supposed to be a stronger tea but it was super super watered down the tea was not good at all. The drinks are always inconsistent here
Worse location ever the few of the workers lie about what the drink comes with . I've ordered very mangos slush twice with no mango when you ask they are out of mango but still charge for very mango . I've observed other location add mango in the slush and give you mango chunks at the bottom. I will never go here again because it's a ripped off .
