I ordered a tandoori paneer pizza and on my 4 th slice i found chicken in it.Couldn’t eat the rest so dont know if there more or not. And it was actually from the taste nd immediately spit it out. When i called to complain they kept denying. Even after telling them that i am not just saying by looking. No refund nothing was offered. Not even an genuine apology. Just told me to wait call back which didnt come in last 3 weeks.I mean it is wrong on so many levels.I wouldn’t recommend going to this place at all. This pizza place was one of my go to but now iWill not be ordering from them anymore.

Ordered a large pick up special. Was told it would be 20 min. Was on time for pick up. The pizza must of been sitting around for at least 2 hours. Not fresh at all. Flat out terrible pizza. Spend a couple extra bucks and go elsewhere.Purchased on feb 23 2024

Order pizza from city south Bolton branch online through uber its disgusting pizza I've ever eat frozen cold and hard over cooked bring it to Christmas potluck no one touch the pizza. Vaughan branch is way better then Bolton.

Ordered here online, showed up 25 minutes later and they were just putting the order in the oven. Should have known by that to check my order before leaving but they missed toppings on both pizzas and did not give any of the included dipping sauces. Do not order from here… the hurontario/ray Lawson location never misses.

WORST Customer Service! This is my first time ordering from this place. I wish I read the negative reviews first. They are true! I ordered a pizza online, the only option is to pay online. There is no indication of how long the pizza takes. I received a text message saying it was going to take 40 mins. That time didn't work for me. The only option to cancel which is indicated on their online, email confirmation and text message is to call the store. I called to cancel and was told they cannot cancel the order bc there is no manager available and only a manager can complete it. My only option was to wait 40 mins or get a credit. I waited, got the pizza and they made it incorrectly! And then tried to blame me for rushing them!Worst service!
Writing this as I’m sitting in they’re store waiting for my pizza that they messed up.I order 45 mins ago. Walk in special large pepperoni thin crust. So I go to the store it isn’t even made the girl that’s always at the front takes the money. I ask how long says 5-7 mins. So I stick around for 5 mins after 5 mins I see them just starting to make my pizza. So then I just left & sat in my truck.Pizza was ready I take it open it up in truck because box looked small. It’s a medium cut into 9 slices. I go back in she looks at me funny like I ate 3 slices of burning hot pizza in 30secs. She said “ what do u want me to do” I said u can either give me a refund or make me a actual large thin crust pizza. So now I’m waiting to see if it’ll be a actual large thin crust. This isn’t my first time buying pizza from these guys. Normally it’s pretty good for the price. But this is just ridiculous. Just because I’m not wearing fancy clothes doesn’t give anyone a reason to be treated like a less of a person. 4 guys came in after me. Ordered at the store got they’re food before me.Update just got my pizza. They didn’t even bother to make a new one. Just cut the old one. My recommendation don’t come here. All the good reviews are probably the owners friends.
