Hands down best gluten free pizza I’ve hand outside of Italy. Enjoyed our meal, service and would definitely return.

The restaurant's food and ambiance are well-regarded, but the service provided by the waitstaff could be improved with additional training

Food is unreal! Every time we go the service keeps getting worse unfortunately. Also, the problem with the flies needs to be rectified

Good food, but the service is lacking.
We had a reservation, arrived right on time and we were seated immediately.
It took 15 minutes before someone finally came by the table to see if we wanted water or other drinks.
The appetizer salad arrived after the main course.
The waitress never asked about refills on drinks.
The first time were dined here, we received similar service, but decided to give it a second chance.
The staff were very friendly and courteous, I have no complaints there.
For the price, I just expect much better service then this. It takes more than good food to make a fine dining experience.

The ambiance and charm of an airport. Extremely bright lighting, abrasive staff, and adequate/overpriced food remind me of being at Pearson. I’ve given them a few chances and have been disappointed each time.

We had lunch here today and were blown away by the food, the service and the atmosphere. Quaint, quiet, clean and pleasant restaurant. The calamari was super fresh and the pizzas were the best we’ve ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Tonight, we decided to try this Italian restaurant for the first time and ordered two pizzas with high hopes for an authentic experience. Unfortunately, what we received was far from it.
Let’s start with the crust—one of the most basic yet essential elements of a true Italian pizza. Instead of a crisp, airy, wood-fired crust, we got something soggy, pale, and undercooked. The dough was bland and lacked any of the rustic, yeasty depth you’d expect from a hand-tossed Italian pizza. It felt rushed and unbalanced, more like a microwaved flatbread than a proper base.
The toppings were just as problematic. Not only were they haphazardly scattered across the pizza—making some bites overloaded while others were bare—but they also forgot a paid add-on: green olives. That’s unacceptable for any dining experience, let alone one claiming Italian authenticity. Presentation-wise, the pizza looked like it had been assembled by someone who had never eaten pizza, let alone made one.
In terms of flavor, the ingredients didn’t sing—they barely spoke. There was no freshness, no seasoning, and no balance. The sauce was watery and dull, the cheese greasy rather than rich, and whatever herbs they used were undetectable to the palate.
Bottom line: this is not Italian pizza, not even close. Save your money and your tastebuds the disappointment. This was one of the most underwhelming and carelessly prepared pizzas I’ve ever had. If this place wants to call itself an Italian restaurant, they need to go back to the fundamentals—starting with how to cook a pizza.

It was extremely overpriced. A dinner for 2, we shared a salad, an appetizer and a main course with a couple of glasses of house wine, came up to over $300. It is not an upscale restaurant and not in a very high rent district. In my opinion it was outrageous!
I wouldn't recommend it.

I only try to come during the day though because the lovely waitress is so much nicer than the ladies at night, their a little more moody lol but the foooood is 100% authentic Italian and I will continue to return over and over again grazie tutti -- I only come for pizza and pasta ha!

I came with a friend and had the best time there! Their pizza and pasta was amazing. Definitely a spot where it makes me reconsider going to Toronto when it comes to outings.
