I ordered a Buddha Satay Bowl and the bowl was half empty. On top of that, the service was extremely slow! I waited 20 mins for 1 bowl. I’m so disappointed with the food and service. This used to be my go-to place but I don’t think I’ll be visiting anymore.

Ordered my bowl online through the app and went to go pick it up. I arrived before it was ready and stood by the pick up counter to follow up on my order. 2 employees walked by me multiple times without acknowledging me or asking me “how they could help”. One of them was actually preparing my order so when she was done she placed it on the counter and walked away. I waited there for 5 minutes and not once did someone smile, welcome or acknowledge that I was standing there. I understand you’re busy but that’s very poor costumer service. We may as well hire robots.

Well, they have taken shrinkflation to a new level, usually they reduce the size of the container….. here, they just leave the container partially empty. VERY disappointed in my Budha Satay with steak, I have been a customer for a long time and have seen it decline over the last several months. Bowl was only about 2/3 full and very little steak. . I have put the X on the door, will not go back to this establishment, there are better value options in the same plaza. Too bad :o(

I suggest owner of this specific location should go try food from other locations of freshii .Their chicken was dryyyyyyy and crumbled ,no taste ,I could barely chew it . .. don't even get me started on their steak, it tastes older than anybodys grandma . I dont know what they are doing wrong but freshii management needs to send someone to supervise over this location bcs this is not upto freshii standards at all .

Wow, where do I start? You will not pick up the phone. You did not cancel an order even though I called you within five minutes of confirming the order and then when I did the same order from Uber eats you got the order wrong. The most miserable experience I have had in quite some time.

I couldn’t order online as there was some issue apparently with my account so I drove from my workplace for a quick take out. I ordered fiesta salad, btw it is a ‘veg salad’. They gave me a fiesta with bacon on it. Luckily I have noticed and asked her isn’t this all veg? And she tried to correct me by stating fiesta comes with bacon on it. The other gal there had to correct her and then they had to fix it. When I got the new salad, the quantity barely could even fill a kid. Extremely disappointed. This has been always been my go to place for a quick lunch...
