The quality of the chicken was great, it was super tasty. The customer service was also very nice, all workers very friendly and welcoming.

My food took a lot longer than I would’ve liked although they did communicate that. My tenders were hot and fresh but the seasoning on one of them was nonexistent which was a bit sad. They also accommodated my peppercorn mayo request which made me really happy! Their corn was also bomb!

If you want raw chicken, you come to this KFC. Employees don't understand the meaning of "well done"
It also doesn't help when you hire foreign workers who don't understand the menu or understand english properly.

The customer service at this locations is TERRIBLE!! Avoid getting hustled at all costs, because the promo “download our apl and get a free 6 tenders” is a scam. They will take all of your information, but when there is an issue entering your cc info (mine was a bit scratched off on my card, you can look forward to the cashier to tell you it is “your fault the card is scratched”. When I said I did everything the promo told me to do, and all I want to do is get some lunch, because I am a diabetic and I need to eat on time, the cashier said, “it’s not our fault” in an agitated manner. I offered to pay at the counter the cashier refused to take my effort to pay. I asked him if he would prefer I went to Popeye’s up the street, he said, “no problem, take care”. I will NEVER go ti this KFC location again.

I purchased a bucket of 12 piece chicken from this kfc and at first it gave me really strong heart burn while eating the chicken, I didn’t think much of it but I got very sick at night time I am very disappointed with what I received and I highly recommend to stay away from this location
