Great service from the lady behind the counter. Her name is Lynn. She spoke clearly, articulately, and politely. She reviewed my order, and thanked me for being here. In addition, she brought over our order, with a smile.
The location was clean, floor swept, tables shiny clean and garbage bins empty.

Food is always delayed or incorrect. Which makes the rest of the order cold. Chicken wrap was missing hashbrown. Order was also missing hashbrowns. This is my last time going to this branch

I visited this McDonald Drive through on Feb 17 around 2 pm and staff who was taking order (middle aged women) was very rude and unprofessional. Refused to take my order. Finally I have to call manager. Never experienced such a bad experience at McDonald's in GTA. She should be not working at order taking station. Manager was very nice.

Debbie is always such a joy added to coming to this location! Their was two ladies speaking through the intercom and you can tell Debbie was one because she is always so sweet, enthusiastic and when you roll up to the window she always has a smile on her face!

Whoever was, or in this case, wasn't, working the drive thru today (Feb 17th at 830am) was completely useless. 15 minutes to go through about 8 cars

Gone to this place a lot and never fail to forget my sauce very single time. I even remind them and the window but they always fail to put it in the bag somehow.

Two self-order machines had no paper in the printer. Third time lucky. Good job I checked, as I was now charged 3 times! Paper should be checked at the start of each shift. Eat-in meal ruined by constant beeping. In the past, when you heard a beep, it was cancelled. Workers just don't seem to care. Can't blame them.

Absolute waste of time. Waited 30 minutes with THREE small kids for ice cream, only to be told after waiting that the ice cream machine was broken. Somehow they still let people order ice cream on the app though No warning. No cancellation. No heads-up. Just âsorry, canât refund because you ordered on the app.â So I paid for items they knew they couldnât make and then got told itâs not their problem. If you donât have ice cream, maybe donât let people order ice cream. Or cancel the order when you realize you canât fulfill it. Basic stuff. Kids disappointed, time wasted, money tied up. Wonât be back.
