Ordered two drinks that took over five minutes to get. There was a special needs person ready to help and some woman took the order out of his hand and waved him off with her hand and proceeded to walk around with my order like she forgot it was in her hand. Just as I was about to say something she remembered to serve me. No apologies! Won’t be back.

“I visited this location for the first time to collect TinyTAN Happy Meal toys, and one of the staff member who took my order was very kind and helpful. As a huge BTS fan, I was looking for toys 6 and 7, and she helped me find 4 (J-Hope), 6 (V), and 7 (Jungkook). I didn’t even had to wait. She patiently assisted me until I got the ones I needed. I also ordered Mc crispy and Mc veggie which were very delicious.. I wish I had asked her name so I could personally acknowledge her in this review. She was Indian I guess. I truly appreciated her respectful and friendly service! ✨💜🫰🏻

We were served a 20 pack of RAW (pink, wet and slimy) chicken nuggets for our children in June. I’ve contacted head office over 5 times and they are not returning my calls. I’ve been called by managers who offered me a “dine on me coupon”. I’ve asked to speak to legal and someone actually in head office and keep being told I’ll be called back, but nothing.

Morning Crew/Staff are rude, gives you a look when you come in. The lady literally just drop my 2nd hashbrown in the bag when I asked for it and showing her the receipt.
Just watched someone return 3 large fries because they were cold, and the staff member tossed them back in the steel bin where they toss the hot fries out of the oil. Yum.
