I have Really good experience with this store Came to the store and order over-the-counter and order 20 chicken, Shawarma, and 10 Felafel wrap Was ready in 20 minutes Honestly, they make really nice sandwich all Plus, their whole staff is really nice. It was kind. And helpful
Lady at the counter was very rude! Rolled her eyes when asking to use the bathroom. Sigh of disappointment when handing me my food very sad to see a restaurant I have been going to all my life lose it’s customer service!

This was my second time coming to osmows, and I came on Sunday, ordered chicken on the rocks and the guy working upfront was so nice and helpful, I wasn’t sure with the menu and he explained everything and was so kind, my food was also prepared 10/10. I again came today but the experience wasn’t too pleasant.. my food didn’t taste the same as last time, I really love this location though I will definitely be coming back hopefully the food next time will be prepared the same as on Sunday XD !

I wanted to enjoy osmow's food.. I ordered what I thought was chicken shawarma on rice. That's what I asked for. I think it's called chicken on the rocks. I have to tell you it was revolting. The look of it reminded me of hamburger helper except with rice instead of noodles. Hamburger helper isn't bad in a pinch. This meal from osmow's was some kind of ground meat with a bunch of white sauce on top of rice. It was definitely not shawarma. Maybe I'm mistaken. I thought shawarma is a long shaved off meat. There were no shavings here. This was ground meat that you'd buy in a packet at Loblaws to make burgers. The taste was weird. It was supposed to be chicken and I honestly could not tell you what kind of meat that was because it didn't taste like any meat I was familiar with. Not chicken, not beef. Not duck, not lamb. Not turkey. Not fish. I just simply don't know what kind of meat that was. A very strange and disturbing experience. I don't see an option to upload a picture, otherwise I would have included one in here.

I had an awesome experience at Osmow’s! The food was fresh, scrumptious , and definitely exceeded my expectations. The customer service was great as well—especially the guy at the front, who was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I just bought a shawarma, requested the fries to b well done (crispy) and even told them they were half cooked last time aswell, so plz make sure cook them well. Again they didn’t do it, and gave me same under cooked fries, for them its just another prder but for someone like its his my first meal of the day. Very bad. No quality at all. Why rush so much guys.

What an amazing restaurant, very clean, friendly staff and great food. Today I picked up a chicken was salad meal. I asked for medium spice which was what I got. I took it home for my wife but she couldn’t eat it because of spice. I went back to store not thinking they would return the food as it was my fault. But they did and gave me one with no spice. So thoughtful and understanding. Just a great group of gals working there!! 👍👍👍👍
