Avoid this location at all cost. Placed an Order at 4:15pmā¦itās 6:05pm and still no food. Got a cranky toddler waiting. I understand itās a busy night but do better prepping for it.
Ordered party size pizza. Got it burned and itās the worst pizza nova got ever in Canada, they need to improve. Actually they are ruining the name of franchise.

I order from this Pizza Nova twice a week, but after what happened last friday Iām done. Brought my kids in and saw the same older employeeāwho Iāve seen fight with coworkers twice beforeāscreaming at a younger employee. When someone told him to watch his language because kids were there, he yelled āI donāt careā and dropped F-bombs. Iāve also seen him smoking outside and then making pizzas without washing his hands. Completely unprofessional, disgusting, and I have no idea why Pizza Nova still keeps him.
