For the last 4 times in a row my order was not even in the oven when it's supposed to be ready for pickup. The location was not busy at all as only my order (2 pizzas) another small order of a single pizza was made at the same time with my order.

Notice thatGuy that works morning shifts during the week is very unhygienic. Goes for a cigarette comes back doesn't wash his hands uses his phone then puts it where he makes food. A bit arrogant as well

It took over an hour to get our pizzas, driver couldn't find our address in the main street. They charged $91 dollars for two mushy pizzas 7 can sodas and garlic sauce which they forgot to bring and had to come back 10 min later. Compared to other novas this place is disappointing.
