Ordered party size pizza. Got it burned and it’s the worst pizza nova got ever in Canada, they need to improve. Actually they are ruining the name of franchise.

I order from this Pizza Nova twice a week, but after what happened last friday I’m done. Brought my kids in and saw the same older employee—who I’ve seen fight with coworkers twice before—screaming at a younger employee. When someone told him to watch his language because kids were there, he yelled “I don’t care” and dropped F-bombs. I’ve also seen him smoking outside and then making pizzas without washing his hands. Completely unprofessional, disgusting, and I have no idea why Pizza Nova still keeps him.

10 minutes later than Uber pick up suggests overtime on lasagna Good quantity too much sauce. Lid popped off in bag . What a mess . Threw half out Too bad the food is tasty. Staff not bad .

Ordered a simple extra large pizza from here half cheese half pepperoni. The pizza was very sauggy like when picked a piece up half of it would flop like wasent cooked good, maybe rushed. Regardless, definitely not the quality and standard what it used to be and just not worth spending my money on this pizza anymore. I see all the reviews on here and couldn't agree more with how bad the pizza is. And it seems like who ever is managing it could give a rats ass as they have done nothing TO DO BETTER. Sad to say, but we won't be ordering from Pizza Nova anymore.

We order a simple cheese pizza and it was burnt and hard as a cardboard. I had to go back and return the pizza and get a new one. There was no apologies and just hand me the new pizza. I'm just upset because it's a common sense not to serve a burn pizza for someone's dinner. This was my kids' dinner who were hungry. You guys just need to find a common sense in your brainless heads.

I am honestly speechless. The driest pizza I have ever eaten. NO sauce, no cheese, and crusty like day old bread. Can't call the restaurant cause there is no direct number, already emailed customer service. Used to be a premium pizza but this location or the new company philosophy is to serve inedible food. Eventually we will all forget what good food tasted like so that crap food will be the norm. Just wow.

For the last 4 times in a row my order was not even in the oven when it's supposed to be ready for pickup. The location was not busy at all as only my order (2 pizzas) another small order of a single pizza was made at the same time with my order.
Not sure what's happening at this location but the food is horrible. I'm sure they know it since they are serving it.

Notice thatGuy that works morning shifts during the week is very unhygienic. Goes for a cigarette comes back doesn't wash his hands uses his phone then puts it where he makes food. A bit arrogant as well
