It was my first visit to this store, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The older man at the front desk was not welcoming and didn’t seem interested in treating customers nicely. If he doesn’t want to interact with customers, he really shouldn’t be working at the front counter.
I visit Pizza Pizza locations often, but this was my first time here — and it left a bad impression. Not welcoming at all!

People have their opinions about pizza pizza but this location makes amazing pizza! The quality and freshness is perfect everytime! The owner is an older gentleman and he is so cute and funny! You can tell he cares about our community and the pizza he makes! Good job!

Poor service, front counter staff member was short/rude. The poutine Gravy was lumpy, and did it even use cheese curds? It honestly looked like shredded mozzarella. At least the chicken on top was good. Never really liked pizza pizza but wanted to give it another chance. Oh well, I'll try again next decade.
Pizza pizza is pretty disgusting, unless you get it at Canada’s wonderland or at this location.
Everywhere else, especially in Brampton and Mississauga where the franchisees do not follow the rules and are making a totally different product, I would never touch pizza pizza.
But this Bolton location served us a deep dish medium and a regular crust medium and both were made to quality standards.
It’s a shame how this company just gives out franchises to all kinds of impotent fools that have tarnished the brand and only continue to make it worse

I was compelled to share how much I enjoy coming here as most often we are too busy to acknowledge the few kind gestures and great service that we rarely experience anymore! Pizza in Bolton: A Hidden Gem! I recently stumbled upon a fantastic pizza place in Bolton, Ontario. The pizza itself was delicious, but what truly made the experience special was the excellent service. The friendly gentleman, who I believe is the owner (and is Chinese), went above and beyond to ensure we had a great meal. His warm demeanor and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!
