She had no salt and pepper to shake on shawarma. This is a basic for a restaurant. Shawarma is cheap in price and same in quality. Chicken had the chicken smell in it. Which should be gone when and if cooked properly. I will not advise this place.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Shawarma Box Bolton for at least three years, but my visit this Wednesday was extremely disappointing.
I arrived around 8 PM and placed my usual order. The lady at the counter, whom I hadn’t encountered before, was very rude. She got my order wrong, and when remaking it, served a much smaller portion than usual. When I asked her to add more, she rudely refused.
I’ve always appreciated their food for its taste and generous portions, but this experience has changed my mind. I paid out of courtesy but won’t be returning. Truly disappointing.
