Wow. What horrible customer service. There was no one ordering in the Starbucks at the time i came which was about 10 minutes ago, and when i went to order, they tried to rush me out of the store as if there were 100 people behind me, completely not listening to what i ordered and interrupting me since they gave me a completely different drink. I asked for the dubai matcha, got a pistachio latte, and when i asked for them to remake it (and i said it was a iced dubai matcha), it was still coffee. I didn’t even bother and left, clearly they don’t want to listen and just wasted their time and mine.

They keep forgetting to add the vanilla in my vanilla lattes. Most of the people at the drive-thru window are really friendly except for a couple. I asked them if they were having a bad day.
I waited 20 minutes for one coffee today. How is this possible??
I placed a mobile order, got there on the time recommended that my order would be ready. I am waiting in the drive through and the store manager opens the window, and says the store isn’t open until 6:30, slamming the window close before I can respond. I called, he answers the phone, says the same thing and I tell him. Hey I ordered through the app, it’s showing the store is open. He then replies. It’s not open, call customer service and hangs up the phone. I come back to the store at 6:30 my order still isn’t ready. I ask to speak with him. I ask him? Why are you giving me attitude? He says no, you’re giving me attitude then bands me from the store, threatening to call the cops. The manager’s name is Sadier, something along those lines. He’s a complete narcissist. Refuses to take any accountability for his actions and feels because he’s the manager that he can treat customers however he likes.

I visited this Starbucks through the drive-thru and specifically ordered my chai tea latte extra hot. When I received it, it was room temperature. I went inside to get it corrected, but the staff told me that “the system doesn’t allow them to make it extra hot,” which doesn’t make sense because I’ve requested extra-hot many times at other Starbucks locations without any issue.
Instead of fixing the drink, they insisted they couldn’t do it. I ended up leaving the coffee there and walking out disappointed. If a customer pays full price and makes a simple request, the team should at least try to remake it properly or offer a solution. Poor service and not what I expect from Starbucks.

Asked for a Grande black, drive thu window guy confirmed it and I got a grande with 1 sweetener which I’m allergic to and took a sip. Thanks a lot
There are many Starbucks locations that aren’t bad, but this isn’t one of them

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The lady at the front was extremely rude — she didn’t even acknowledge that I was waiting, and instead took the order of someone who came in after me. When I politely asked if I could place my order, she responded with, “Give me some time.” It’s frustrating to be treated that way as a paying customer. A little courtesy and acknowledgment go a long way, especially in customer service.

Staff were knowledgeable. There's no much lingo that I just describe what I like and they just got it. So that was cool.
I wanted to treat my coworkers. I got 3 drinks. One blonde roast coffee with room (so I can add milk) and two drinks on a post-it. It cost me $18. So, not to sound like the cheap guy on Google reviews but that's a pretty good chunk of change.
I at least wanted to see if my coworker would be happy after guzzling ~$7 of liquid. Still the same misery that was on it before I started.
So I think I'm gonna stop trying to treat coworkers at the local Starbucks, not for any other reason than the price. Staff was totally cool.

Julian is AWESOME!!! He makes very yummy matcha drinks and it's literally perfect 100% recommend going to him if u ever go to Starbucks and he's there!!!

Ordered a drink using the drive thru. When I reached my destination, I opened the lid to find it only filled 3/4 of the cup. I reached out to their customer service team and provided photos, including the order ticket they stick to the cup (which includes the date and time). They said there was nothing they could do as I wasn't a member and didn't have the receipt. I won't be in a rush to overspend on drinks any time soon.
