Rude employees… just asked how long is the wait time .. couldn’t give straight answer and then fellow employee said oh it will take 20 minutes..
There was a woman of authority that was being really rude to a new team member in an attempt to train her (loud, insulting). The other staff members looked around like this was normal behaviour. Aside from this, there was confusion and no communication where to pick up my order. I rated a 3 because other times I’ve been here I have had good experience’s.

Two of the older women that work there always have an attitude. They demand tips and the older one literally rolled her eyes at me last time I was there for some unjustified reason. Also super slow for a drive thru

Just got the tomato mozzarella on foccacia sandwich and thats all the tomato that was in it..for $7.45 plus tax. Not worth it .

Being a starbucks supervisor at a different location I don’t know how this place is still running. These people can’t take the order right, can’t make the drinks right and have a weird and rude attitude towards customers. This was my 3rd-4th time at this location, had to write a review this time.

I asked for a Venti but they gave me a Grande which barely had any of the dragon fruit pieces and 2/3 of the cup was just ice :(
This has to be the worst Starbucks location I’ve been to. The staff is horrible. There’s always issues when I come here. Should learn my lesson the first time and stop coming here.

The management really needs to address the issues here and communicate better with their staff. Unfortunately, I've encountered rude employees and frequent mistakes with my orders. These problems seem to have persisted for some time. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously to make improvements.

I come to the Starbucks every time I’m in town. Usually the service is meh, but this time, it was fantastic! The woman on the speaker was so friendly and understanding when they didn’t have what I wanted. No problem! I chose a different drink and that was that.
I WAS disappointed that my iced americano virtually had no ice when I asked for it to be made to standard. Bit disappointing as the drinks are not cheap.

Everyone who works in there is always super kind and genuine, and make some really STELLAR drink suggestions (the chocolate covered strawberry frapp? Was an absolute slay!!) I would rate higher if I could

Lady at the window was so mean and racist as they don’t want to give us pumpkin bread even though they have it and she replied us in very rude tone which unacceptable. I highly not recommend this Starbucks.

The employees at this location are all very rude. I am writing this review as a customer who visits this location every morning. At first, I assumed maybe somebody was having a bad day then I realized the overall atmosphere inside this place is off. Staff seem frustrated and it seems like a toxic work environment. More than once, I’ve seen them arguing behind the counter. One day, I actually pulled up to the drive through window and Heard two employees yelling at each other. The employee was so heated she was shaking as she handed me my drink.
