The worst lunch experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. The bun was so dry it was crumbling and falling apart while trying to eat it. The rotisserie chicken was disgusting. Never eating here again!

I’d like to bring to your attention a recent experience.

Today, I ordered sandwiches for myself and my kids, and when I went to pay, I was surprised to see the total was around $20 more than expected. I politely asked the employee if this amount was correct. At first, she admitted it was a mistake and called over other employees.

One of them then told me I wasn’t supposed to customize the sandwich — which confused me, because I had only followed what the employee at the counter allowed me to do. I explained that if I wasn’t allowed to customize, the staff should have informed me at the time of ordering.

Even after I sat down with my kids, one of the staff members came to me again and continued the conversation, saying “we asked you…” — which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially in front of my children.

I respect Subway and enjoy the food, but this experience left me feeling disrespected and blamed for something that wasn’t clearly communicated. I hope better training or clearer communication with customers can prevent this in the future

Will definitely go back again .
Very clean washrooms and clean store . Food was good service was excellent.
I se bad reviews but to me as a foodie person I only give reviews to the good services and good places I don’t waist my time with junkie restaurants.
I got served by Gurleen very friendly and knows her job well and how to talk to costumers with smile on her face .

Very disappointed with our experience at Subway subs 350 Queen St S in Bolton Ontario my family and I arrived 40 minutes before closing, and there was one person ahead of us who ordered 8 subs. We waited over 20 minutes, and by the time it was our turn, we only had 10 minutes left to eat.

The staff member Gurween was clearly annoyed while making our subs and made us feel rushed the entire time. She told us twice in a rude tone that they close in 10 minutes. We understand closing time is important, but there’s a better way to communicate that — something simple like, “Just a heads up, we close in 10 minutes, but take your time,” would’ve been much more respectful.

Instead, we felt pressured and unwelcome, despite coming in well before closing. It was not a pleasant experience, especially for a family trying to enjoy a quick dinner.

Would not return to this location based on the poor customer service.
