Why are you asking for tips from customers??? You're making my sub not cutting my hair or taking my order at a restaurant. Cheap ass owner trying to milk people for their money.
The lady working on this date July 9th 1:43 comes off rude , doesn’t know how to communicate with customers , while talking to her she just stairs at you and reply’s with a rude tone and rolls her eyes

This place was disgusting up at 2:30 a lunch. I've never seen a Subway so filthy and dirty like this one. The bathrooms look like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I told the management team and they just looked at me like I was wrong.

Just left this location (May 3 2024). Worst service I’ve ever encountered. Asked her to double toast my sandwich, and I said can you do a little bit more please and her response was “I already did”. I said I know..can you please toast it more as I’m not satisfied, she gave attitude. Then when it came to check out I wanted to use my points as I get $8 off. She got frustrated and still charged me, I just walked away but I’m not impressed that even taking my points she still charged me for my sub. She needs to learn better customer service or find a new job, unbelievable and unacceptable.

The people behind the counter act like you’re bothering them by ordering food. Don’t even make eye contact when they speak let alone say thank you. The sandwich bread was soooooooo stale. Hard to chew, had to be day old. Ruined the entire sandwich. Very poor store. I’ll avoid going there again.

I just tried this location. Worst mistake ever. The service was fine but the food wasn’t. The bread was stale and hard and impacted the taste and enjoyment of the subs. The inserts containing the vegetables all had frost on the sides facing the customer and some of the tomatoes looked mushy and partly frozen. Obviously, the temperature isn’t set correctly. I will never return here again. There are much better options in Bolton.

9:00 pm on April 23Appalling, rude service, the person made it clear she didn't give a care about the job. I get much better service at other subways, and they don't skimp on the meat or toppings. (This place does, big time)This place will short change you and be rude to you all at once, for a premium price.Never coming back.

Didn't even get a chance to finish our sandwiches before biting into a rubber piece of chicken and nerves. Completely lost our appetites. The worker barely toasted the sandwiches and everything was very cold. Probably not his fault if that's all he knows. This subway is gross now.

Placed an order through their app, restaurant was unable to fulfill my whole order and just talked to me over the phone about it and didn’t give any points or money back for the things I didn’t receive. Wrote emails to subway and they never care.

This subways skimps soo much on their subs. Every subway I go to puts 6 slices of meat on 6” subs and 12 on footlongs. They only put 5 and 10 for either size. And when you ask for your toppings they pinch the veggies and scatter the most bare minimum onto your sub. I asked for olives on my 6” and she put 4 individual olive slices. I asked for more and she put 3 more slices. Subway charges so much more for subs now and then they have the audacity to add a “Tip” option??? Who is tipping for this kind of quality? Stop adding tip options for non-service jobs.

SCAM! SCAM! (Unpaid work they will steal your pay)My sister worked at this location first their manager told her to give full-time work and asked her to work for unpaid training ( illegal in Ontario) for 4 days (6-7 hours per day). Whenever she asked him about the schedule he always gave her excuses. After asking him so many times he said he could only give her 10-12 hours per week.R u even serious? You wanted her to work 28-30 hours FREE in one week then wanted to give her only 10-12 hours in one week?Thank god she only worked for two days we got to know early what he was trying to do with us.Please save yourself from these kinds of people

Hi thereI just need to confirm the restaurant timings is it not open till 10 pm.First you take dine in order then suddenly you know the timings at that spot.I think you should look after your restaurant staff when they came and go.

A simple sandwich turned out to be simply terrible. Quality has gone downhill and choices are few. I understand the cost of everything has gone up, but when prices are adjusted at these establishments, the toppings should be generously given. Not impressed, but that's my opinion.
