Worker Barely understood English, was like a zombie, I asked for combo with a drink charged me for a bottled drink when I said fountain, there was No mustard and they made me pay before my sub was made so I got locked in getting it. Please let customers know if you’re out of condiments and to top it off when I asked for topping they barely gave me any, tried to give me to slices of pickles and 2 slices of cucumber. Very disappointed

Friday November 10, 2023 at around 6:00pm I went to subway in Bolton on hwy 50 and bought 2 subs. Crispy chicken not toasted and rotisserie chicken not toasted both 12” on white bread. We never get it toasted because we love the fresh bread. I get home and my husband and I start eating our subs and the bread wasn’t fresh, it was hard and seemed to be old. I was so upset and threw my sub in the garbage. If I wanted my bread toasted I would have asked. Hard bread sucks.

The place and food is overall quite good but the girl that works here is always in a bad mood. She ignores what I say and the toppings were falling out of the sandwich when opened. I also told her I wanted a drink and didn’t charge for it. Honestly it was a steal. Also the person in front of me was ignored when asking for sauces.

terrible service: understand coming in before close can be annoying but considering it closes at 10 i should be able to get service 15 before closing or what’s the point of being open. close earlier or do better

we went to the location and the customer service is really bad , Rubi doesn’t listen our order just start making by herself and we asked to change the order she said you already paid for it and she said we don’t have veggie patties in subway , she provide 0 customer service.

No chicken in my sub ordered on uber eats.Said no tomatoes in order all 3 of my subs had tomatoes. Ordered a veggie delight and asked for a veggie patty in it and even told them that I will pay extra for the patty still no patty in the sub. Terrible
