I had to go to work so they accommodated and served me fries were tasty eggs not greasy they were scrambled perfect for me coffee was smooth not as much as the decaf but still good the pancakes I'm very particular with they were good overall I liked it I'll have to come back

Worst breakfast place I’ve ever been too. Only 3 people working, had a hockey team plus other walk ins, can’t keep up with service, had to wait an hour for our food. Also they took forever to refill coffee and they don’t even have time to make sure you are doing well. Highly recommended the owner hires more staff, or turns people away when they are to full. Not fair for people to waste so much time for no reason when it can be so much more efficient!

Horrible service. Waited 15 minutes for coffee, food was no decent not what I'm used to from sunset gril, There was curry flavor on my back bacon,a different taste but not my style. the staff kept on arguing about who is getting certain things from what table. But the washrooms are very clean. Definitely will not be going there again.
I came for lunch with my little one for his 1st birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience great! They were all so sweet and thoughtful!

We are a regular customer of sunset grill and it was our second time at this specific location
The board outside of restaurant says its better with the new management but my experience was totally different
Food was good, no complaints about that. When we asked for a bill, the man who take care of the billing counter came to us and said “ We haven’t received your payment from last time, I sent one of my server behind you but they couldn’t find” and showed our photos from CCTV footage from that day
We literally felt like we are being culprit for things we haven’t even done. We recall the day. Contacted our friend who paid the bill that day.
So the situation there was power cut off and payment system was not working. Even some of the machines were not working, AC was not working and people were leaving from the restaurant but out of courtesy we ordered the food and asked for the bill once finished
This same person came to us saying machine is not working so send the payment by E-transfer.
Bill was 69 dollars and we sent 79 including tip. As it was password protected. We wrote the password on the hand written paper bill and gave it to him.
He might have lost it or forgot to accept the payment that’s not our fault but we still confirmed with the person who paid whether payment has been credited again if it’s a failed transfer.
As expected it was credited after 45 days and we paid that amount right away.
Our main concern is this thing could have communicated in well and professional manner. Directly coming to the table and showing photos from CCTV was little offensive. Specially when we are listening and ready to solve the issue
