Other than the very rude hostess/maitre D, we had a great time at this location.
The service was really good, and the food was delicious overall. We tried a variety of festive menu, quarter chicken dinners, loaded perogies, etc. and everything was great. Our servers did a great job as well.
Will probably not be back, though, given the issues we faced with the hostess.
Hi Michelle and Kumar at Bolton Swiss Chalet. We were there December 19th with great friends before the Christmas holidays and also for my dad's 89th birthday. We were shown to our table and promptly greeted by our server Kumar. Kumar's happy disposition made us very comfortable. He was very informative about the menu and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Even though he was busy with other tables, he always made sure we were happy with everything at our table. My father was very surprised with his choice of any dessert on the menu for free for his birthday! He also enjoyed the servers singing him happy birthday! We all had a great time and I know that Kumar made our night exceptional! Thank you very much. You are a wonderful person!
Me and my husband always get Swiss chalet but from different location, this was the first time we tried this location and I must say that Bolton’s Swiss Chalet is the best one till now. We did take out. The young lady with black glasses was very kind and friendly. The ambience, quality of food and service was very pleasant.
