I stop by here every morning on my way to work. Most of the staff are wonderful—friendly, professional, and always get my order right. Unfortunately, the general manager, who is often on the floor, creates a very negative experience. She rarely greets customers, comes across as unhappy, and her tone toward both customers and her team is unprofessional and so rude.
It’s sad that one person can overshadow an otherwise great team, but if I could, I would rate this location below one star because of her. She would be better suited to a role that doesn’t involve direct customer interaction, as the rest of the staff truly make the effort to provide excellent service.

Regular drive thru customer here and decided to come inside as I was in a rush for the coffee rather than waiting in the drive thru line. The gentleman at the front with the turban was very nice. Haven’t seen him before as I only come to this location here and there, but amazing customer service from him and was very polite compared to other Tim’s I’ve been too, where they hardly greet you . Sorry I don’t remember his name (I think it was started with an A if I’m not mistaken) but amazing service on his part! 5 stars for him!

This was my 1st time visiting this timmies. I really like the service. Both the girls, Anshika and Suman were really great and professional, while taking order and serving. I hope the owner of this store sees their efforts and may give them promotion.

Just got my breakfast combo this morning , at the order screen window Navdeep took my order , Repeated my breakfast order wrong then I said repeated slower and more louder for her to get it right again . Grabbed my food and before I left the parking lot noticed it was wrong , I tried to go inside but doors was locked then walked to the drive thru window to explain. She proceeded to tell me that I ordered a “sausage on a bagel” which she said at the order screen the first time where I repeated no “sausage bagel belt combo” (slower and louder) . She goes on to tell me that they have 3 people wearing headsets and can hear the order , not sure how all 3 people inside can’t hear the same thing twice and still mess it up . I come here almost daily throughout the week . Unacceptable , usually Tim Hortons just fix it for you , no questions asked , I dont like leaving a bad review but this early in the morning just left a rough mood after going back and forth with her . “Speaking slower and louder” is translated to being rude for Navdeep.

I ordered stip tea and croissant but they gave me only stip tea, they forgot my croissant I told them please give me my croissant on that time they were looking to me very bad way!!!

Customer service is hell at this place. Girls at the drive thru don’t have a sense of talking and zero knowledge of customer service. Get some training for customer service before taking orders at drive thru. If you don’t know how to deal with customers, go find another job.

I visit this Tim Hortons frequently, and every time I see a particular older lady working here, it truly brightens my day. She’s incredibly sweet and has such a kind, warm demeanor. She always speaks so nicely and goes above and beyond to make every interaction pleasant.

I believe she deserves special recognition for the positive impact she has on your customers. A raise would be well-deserved because she truly adds something special to the team. I’m sure you know who I’m talking about, as she leaves a lasting impression on everyone she meets.
