We ordered crossaint, and paid extra for chipotle inside. And my brother took a bite and realised very less chipotle. He opened and when checked there was very lil chipotle. He went to CSR and showed that we paid extra and still its very less. The CSR took that one bite taken crossaint and added chipotle in that given crossaint and returned us the same. He didnt replace, we dont expect this from Tim Hortons. Like seriously.

Like both of the Bolton Tims this one is one of my favorite coffee places to sit to meet people or drive thru. They are probably run by same owner. I go to the valley one almost every morning for coffee, fv, or ice Capps. We like their egg based breakfasts, real winners with the wife when she wants breakfast served not homemade. Like their dutchess too, but not to often due to diabetes. These places are still part of our proud Canadian heritage, even though bought by Amercans. However still managed and prepared by Canadians. Not replaced by Ai yet. We have enjoyed the new store designs. I am senior, but have learned the order over the phone app. I really enjoy the quick pickup benefit of App ordering. Hope not to many people use it. That would slow App benefit and cause potential job loss. Anyway time to get out of bed and get out Tim breakfast.

I like the service of this tim hortons always but this time i ordered on drive thru and forget to ask for a drink when i went to window and asked to add the girl refused to add its okay to refuse but behaving rudely is not good for customer service thank you

Got my simple order wrong like almost every item in the drive thru I took it inside to fix it just a bagel and a breakfast sandwich The girl inside came back and asked me 3 times what I wanted to do again when she finally got it she dissappeard I waited about 8 minutes before I asked someone else whats going on they had no clue and asked me my order that I wanted to fix for the 4th time about 5 minutes later it finally arrived only for me to take it to my car and butter get all over me because they put so much butter on a sandwich which does not take butter what a mess

I ordered a veggie wrap but got a chicken wrap instead. The store only refunded the wrap and didn’t apologize properly. This isn’t about money. I have never eaten beef and regret even taking a bite. The experience stressed me out, and I will not return to this location.
I ordered a veggie wrap but received a chicken wrap instead. I have never eaten meat, so this was a serious issue for me. I feel regret even thinking I took a bite. The staff refunded only the wrap and didn’t apologize properly. This isn’t about money it’s about the mistake and lack of care. I will never come back to this location.
