Regular drive thru customer here and decided to come inside as I was in a rush for the coffee rather than waiting in the drive thru line. The gentleman at the front with the turban was very nice. Haven’t seen him before as I only come to this location here and there, but amazing customer service from him and was very polite compared to other Tim’s I’ve been too, where they hardly greet you . This was my 1st time visiting this timmies. I really like the service. Both the girls, Anshika and Suman were really great and professional, while taking order and serving. I hope the owner of this store sees their efforts and may give them promotion.

I visit this Tim Hortons frequently, and every time I see a particular older lady working here, it truly brightens my day. She’s incredibly sweet and has such a kind, warm demeanor. She always speaks so nicely and goes above and beyond to make every interaction pleasant.

I believe she deserves special recognition for the positive impact she has on your customers. A raise would be well-deserved because she truly adds something special to the team. I’m sure...
