I would like to share my recent experience, which left me disappointed. One of your employees, a girl wearing a nose pin, clearly requires more training in customer service. Her approach and attitude were unprofessional, and she lacked the basic courtesy needed to interact with customers.
Please remind your employees that a smile costs nothing and makes a significant difference in customer experience. No one has the right to ruin someone else's mood due to aggression or a lack of patience, even if the team is short-staffed. I hope this feedback helps improve your services moving forward."

I'm at Tim Horton's right now. Out of 3 hot chocolates, one was as simple as water and my son got it. It's very dirty here. Unfortunately, next time I'll drink hot chocolate at home.

I recently stopped by Tim Hortons during a road trip and, as always, it was a reliable choice for a quick coffee and snack. I tried their French Vanilla coffee, which was warm, creamy, and comforting on a chilly day. The TimBits were fresh and delicious, perfect for sharing.
The service was fast and friendly, and the location was clean with plenty of seating. The only downside was that the drive-thru line was a bit long, but it moved quickly, so it wasn’t a major issue.
Overall, Tim Hortons continues to be a great option for an affordable and satisfying pick-me-up.
Would definitely recommend for anyone in need of a quick, tasty stop!

I recently visited a Tim Hortons location, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. First, the food I received was burnt and clearly overcooked, which made it unappetizing. Additionally, the portion sizes felt smaller than what I’ve received many times in the past and other locations, leaving me unsatisfied for the replacement.
Moreover, the staff seemed rude, lacking the warmth and professionalism I expect from a well-known chain. It’s disheartening when a place known for its coffee and food doesn’t deliver on quality or customer service.

Waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken. There were 8 Employees behind the counter and one person taking the orders and then preparing the orders while we all waited… So frustrating

I ordered a wrap and there was 2 hair on it. Worst service you have to repeat your order 4-5 times and still after that you get hairs on your food.
