Don’t understand that if someone orders a breakfast dinner that they’re supposed to include cutlery anyhow the bacon taste like rubber, eggs, stale the potatoes are OK but they’re fried and nasty seed oil. This place is a dump. all fast food is a dump. Save your money go to the grocery store eat something good and healthy instead of this trash.

Ordered a poutine for husband and I to share. Salt level high-like someone spilled extra salt in gravy. Awful and just warm at time of service. I guess the warm gravy wasn’t hot enough to melt the cheese curds which were literally ice cold. Never again.

I couldn't believe how great everything was here. The staff were really nice and helpful, and they seemed genuinely happy to be there, unlike the misery you can see at most other fast food places. More importantly, the food was AMAZING. It was so fresh I could hardly believe it was fast food and not an expensive restaurant. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Bolton.
I ordered 2 bacon deluxe burgers and when I got home I saw there was no bacon. It was the same day that vacation started, so 2 weeks later, after the vacation was over, I went back to tell them about their mistake and asked them for 2 properly made burgers to correct their mistake. They said if I didn't have the receipt then they wouldn't believe us because they said "If you don't have a receipt then you could be lying". First of all, a receipt would only prove that I bought burgers from the place. A receipt wouldn't prove that they messed up and didn't put BACON on our BACON Deluxe burgers. So since they decided to call us liars and didn't comp us for their mistake, we will never be going back to this Wendys ever again. This place does not value their customers and their manager has flawed logic or just simply doesn't care.

Huge fail drive through to get a tea and a breakfest sandwich the drive through hands me a tea the lid is not on properly opens and dumps on my leg burned my leg .... I deal with that drive away open my sandwich asked for sausage and egg on croissant .... she gave me a bacon and egg on biscuit cost me 10 dollars to get burnt and a lousy sandwich with a micro thin slice of bacon ..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION a complete joke further more looking at taking legal action for the burn on my leg
They close the door by 10:15pm even through it says 11:00pm on google and not responding to calls and i have one uber eats delivery person waiting and they didn't even open for that delivery person . Very bad customer service and rud behaviour with customer and with their services partner like uber.
