Got the spicy chicken sandwich from the drive thru… got the saddest looking sandwich I’ve ever seen. The chicken is about 1cm thick and there is no tomato. Threw it out and got something else after.

Was there today Aug 14 at 2:23 and had placed a mobile order. When I got there she assembles the order and she has the receipt on the table, and before I get a chance to ask she just throws it away! Didnt even ask if I want my receipt or not! Thats so rude. I made a purchase, it should come with the receipt!
Been having their breakfast every morning. Love the 2 for 4$ and its quite satiating
Wendy’s is the best Bolton fast food option. The fries are not greasy at all and there are many salad options. The burgers are always so juicy and it has the Coca Cola free style machine which is awesome. The cashiers are all so nice, special shout out to Akari who is very diligent at her job. When I lost my sunglasses there all cashiers did their best to check the back room for them. It is also the cleanest fast food restaurant. Overall very affordable

Great Wendy’s, next time I go through Bolton I will stop by for another meal. It was clean, and easy to navigate, plus the staff were excellent, kind and attentive. The lady that helped me was so understanding and incredible with my complicated order for my sister in the hospital. I wish I caught her name! Thank you. Also that caramel frosty chino is the best iced coffee I’ve ever had !!!

We used the drive thru service. The staff greeted us with a delightful good morning. Our order was a bit chaotic however the staff helped us combo to save money. As part of the combo we ordered a chocolate milk. Small portion size. Food was warm, fresh, and delivered immediately. Keep up the great work!

Service was great but come on Wendy’s. How do you serve something like this. This is supposed to be apple juice… that does not even look close to passing for pulp.

Since customers pay so much money with new pricing, don’t make mistakes like this.
Until know i have tried their Spicy chicken , spicy chicken club , chicken wrap duo, and all of these were as per my taste ❤️
Staff is quick & friendly. They know how to serve the clients.
But unfortunately my last visit didn't go upto my expectations, i ordered chicken wrap only sandwiche and it was cold, when i asked the guy he said our wraps are always cold, but that is not the case i beleive, as before also when i took they were pretty warm and good to eat and not cold. 🫠

I do understand that drive through is meant to be fast pace but it does not mean that all customer service skills go out the door. As someone who also works in fast food the customer service here SUCKS. I go into the drive through this evening fully knowing what I was going to order. (I quite literally order a sandwich and chicken strips) Once I order my chicken sandwhich and tell her the drink i wanted and she is already ready for me to drive up. didn’t even give me a chance to say no tomato on my sandwhich and then to order chicken strips aswell. she just immediately goes “that’s all drive up.” so i have to say no and continue and so i say no tomato’s and she goes okay drive up again…. its not even like i was talking slow either😭 she just genuinely had no patience and obviously does not know how to properly take orders in drive through. love wendy’s, i just hate how customer service has been thrown in the dirt recently.
