Given that this location is on a military base, I'd expect a higher standard of hygiene. The washroom was disgusting. The door was covered in black grime and appeared not to have been cleaned in years. The toilet and urinal are the same. I didn't wash my hands as the sink and taps were filthy.
If the washrooms are this dirty, how clean are the food-preparation areas you can't see?

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons on Borden. One of the team members, I believe his name was Sanu (not 100 percent sure), was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit.
Instead of helping, he spoke in a harsh tone and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. This is not the kind of service I expect from a Canadian brand known for friendliness and respect.
Mistakes happen, but basic courtesy should always be there. I hope the management looks into this and provides proper customer service training so future customers do not have to go through the same experience.

Tried to place a breakfast(food not just coffee) order at 1050am but was told their is no scramble eggs left. They only served eggs until 11 but they’re already out. them when I asked to place a lunch order instead I was told They don’t start taking lunch orders until after 11….

Usually don't eat Tim's but was passing thru and friends bought. Wanted to try this breakfast box (sausage, scrambled eggs, cut up hashbrown, tangy sauce). Took 10 mins for them to make it. Neat concept without committing to a sandwich.
Coffee is, well... blackened water. Avoid the morning coffee rush 0915-0945. Some of the seating has been updated since I've last been here. Thanks for serving those who serve.
