Just experience the worst service I’ve ever recalled in my life at a restaurant that my family goes to at least once a week for takeout. And when we called earlier in the day, we were told that there wouldn’t be an issue. Yes, you can place an order for takeout and I show up after work because I was told takeout was available that apparently now combos single combos what my family always get Are not available because they are busy. There are three cars in the parking lot and one order was for takeout sitting there waiting. I understand it was the holidays and it’s the new year but if you’re going to offer combos and they’re listed on your menu if someone’s calling to place an order and ask this, then you may want to specify instead of someone going out of their way to come to your establishment to place an order for four single combos plus additional food but yet we’re not, and our service is not good enough because we’re not placing individual dish options. So be aware that apparently this restaurant likes to pick and choose what you can, and cannot offer and order on their takeout menu at last minute.

Our 5th year of ordering from here on Christmas day. In the past the food and service was almost excellent. Unfortunately not this time, order was wrong, food was lukewarm and they were almost half an hour late. Disappointed for sure.

Ordered Chicken Balls, S&S Ribs, Chili Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice and Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls. The rolls, Chili Chicken, Fried Rice and Chicken Balls were good however the sauce for the chicken balls had such a strong vinegar smell I had to throw it out. I couldn't eat it with the chicken balls. Additionally the S&S ribs also tasted vinegary and couldn't be eaten.
Since this is my first time eating there, I may give it another shot but not in the near future.

Took the family out and sad to say we were all disappointed as very little selection and some of the meats specifically the beef tasted weird and was like jello texture. Way too much money for no real selection and half cooked or mushy food. Atleast the broccoli was good! Hope we ate 150 bucks worth of it

Ordered their chicken fried rice with tao chicken both of them aren’t fresh and the service provided by lady at the cash counter wasn’t good
Allergy beware! We've ordered from this restaurant twice, mentioning a sesame seed allergy always. Today when we tried to order the same thing we have before, we were told they cook with sesame oil so we had to cancel. We have always mentioned a sesame seed allergy, and this is the first time we've been told they cook with sesame oil. I'm super grateful we never had a bad reaction, but it's very concerning to hear that. Apparently it depends on who you talk to, so I just want to share this so that others with the same allergy can get the correct information.
