Me and my wife live in town and have our burgers regularly at A&W Bowmanville. This store is always kept impeccably clean, staff is courteous with ultimate effort to provide quality service. This store is by far the best kept A&W in the whole region. Jatinder, the manager goes the extra mile to keep clients satisfied with the quality of service and often asks our feedback on how their performance was. He is a unique and hand on manager, setting an example to his staff and makes a great name for this store. We couldn't as for a better service and we I'll remain a loyal customer as long as it takes. $19 for a double teen burger combo...seems like a lot. And then the burger only came with a half of a slice of bacon on it. My first time at this location (and any A&W in a couple years), and it will be the last.
The App tells me all the time to go left while the address or street is on the Right side instead of. And also it tells you the address is further away where as you are right there at the address

As you can tell from taking a look at my review history, it has been a while. That means I must have been prompted by something to write. This. Just don't go here .
Don't. They will mess up your order. Blame you for getting it wrong and after 15 minutes smile as it's complete as if they've delivered you your first born. This review is a reflection on three visits over the last 6 weeks. Cold fries on one occasion. There is just no excuse for cold fries. 45 seconds back in the deep fryer and they are crisp again. And when the seasoning salt is missing on the onion rings, you have missed one of two ingredients necessary for the recipe. You can do this guys.
I am beginning to understand why they have to use coupons to lure back people, despite the fact that the food is pretty good. The atmosphere within the restaurant is clean and it seemed to be attended to. Unfortunately, I watched three comedy of errors occur, while my one order of onion rings was getting fixed. Someone didn't read back an order and a drink was missed. Fries instead of onion rings.
This is a problem from the very top. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to do better. I've been to hundreds if not thousands of restaurants and the inattention to details concerning food or clients will not serve this restaurant or this community well for very long.
