There was hair in my daughters meal - We got the amount taken off, but this will be the last time I go to this restaurant. I would have thought they would have done more - My daughter was shocked and I was ticked off that not more was done. Not impressed!

Food is expensive overall for what you get. Not sure we'll be back when we can get better food - even if we're paying the same price - at another chain restaurant. Do like that it's Canadian owned though.

We had 2 different Safety Appreciation lunches this week. Alicia and Nayla did an outstanding job taking our orders and making sure our food was delivered hot and on time. The workers we very happy with the quality of the food and very Thankful. Thank you tp you both and all of your kitchen staff.

We went for a special occasion. We were served immediately and the server was fantastic and the food yummy.

The entire staff from the managers, servers, bartenders, hosts, expo and HOH! Work super hard ever shift they are on to give YOU, their guest a wonderful BP experience. They are one of the hardest working crew out there! The public doesn’t always understand the ins and outs of a shift ( let a lone a life) of a server or any person working in the in the restaurant industry. I assure you they are busting their butts to make you happy from the moment you walk through the front doors. Yes there are some hiccups & It may not always seem that way. But in fact it is! We need to remember They are human beings just like you and I. they can only do so many jobs at one time ( at min 5 or 6 at one time is what they are doing) So before you judge or jump to bad reviews or social media: Stop and think, have some empathy for the those hard workers and instead of arguing or complaining maybe smile 😊 tell them they are doing a great job. Show them support ( after all they are your community). Make connections or conversation with your server and show them that they matter. I always enjoy going to BP Bowmanville. The food is amazing and the staff is 5x better! I will always support my community/ restaurants & workers & you should too!

I received an email for a free personal pizza for being a MYBP member. I went into the Bowmanville location at around 2:00 on a Monday afternoon. The first impression of the bar area was very clean and welcoming. Alisia B.was the bartender/ waitress and her customer service was second to none. I received a menu and a beverage very quickly and upon telling Alisia about the email she was very helpful in helping me redeem my free gourmet pizza. The place was fairly quiet but both dining room and the bar area were both being looked after by Alisia only.My food came out quickly and hot. I had 3 beverages over the time I was there and I never had to sit with an empty glass at any time. As well as keeping my glass topped up, Alisia kept checking in on my lunch and made sure things were great. This was an amazing experience and if all the staff are as great and pleasant as Alisia, this will be a winning team for sure. Please keep up the good work and I definitely be back very soon.

Wheelchair accessibility: 2 Very easy to access spots right up front beside the sidewalk. The ground is level and well maintained for folks with disabilities to easily gain access to the restaurant and patio area.

Great evening out with kids. When the waitress was busy with some of her other tables. The manger was kind of enough to get us moving - cashed us out - after we added gift cards etc. great job team Boston you guys were packed last night.

Showed up today for lunch, Excellent service, general manager came by and took the time to check in on us. One of the top Boston Pizza, I’ve been to.

Came in later at night and had a hard time getting service once seated at the table, felt like i was forgotten about. Food was pricey but enjoyable. Sizes were good. Staff was friendly.

Awful. This place used to be amazing a few yrs ago. The food portions are embarrassing. The host was nice, but not knowledgeable. Got a single wing order rather than the double we asked for, had to ask for our full meal....Things as simple as cutlery was missing. At one point, the host took away our forks. At the end... we waited 20min for ice cream and they didn't bring it out, kids were so disappointed. We had to ask the host for the take home cookies. Awful. Just.... Awful. Forget this place. It's become a nightmare.
